DEBUNKED! Tyler Robinson drove his Dodge Challenger directly after fleeing the crime. Filling in the blanks with details you missed is dishonest and spreads misinformation. Gray Hughes Investigates thoroughly mapped out timeline that shows Tyler’s movements with the timestamps that perfectly matches the search warrant. It’s great RyanMatta 🇺🇸 🦅 was able to obtain and share that surveillance footage from Mountain Shadows Shopping Center so we could corroborate that 😁 Watch Gray Hughes full video, linked in the comments! 🔥

Here, Charles-McClintock Wilson interviews with Brandi and Billie in December. Brandi says “there is nothing in that photo that would change the narrative or add to help the investigation.” … she then asks him to give them the photo to send to Baron or Candace … he says he’s willing to do so to those that are trustworthy and as long as the photo DOES NOT get released to the public. He had moral reasons for not releasing this photo. His wishes were not respected. Sad in every way. 💔 Brandi Siciliani

Tyler Robinson and his defense team wants death penalty off the table because of the State’s prejudicial media statements. “I think that the number one remedy in this case is to preclude the state from seeking the death penalty against Mr. Robinson,” Novack told the court. Andrea Burkhart 🐟🐟🐟🐟🏴☠️’s commentary after the hearing: “The judge is not going to do anything. He is absolutely not going to take the death penalty off the table like Mr. Novak has asked for.”

REMINDER: The defense also chose not to cross examine Agent Brian Davis, whose testimony covered some of the most highly incriminating evidence presented against Tyler Robinson. His testimony included: -Tyler Robinson’s surrender and arrest -Text messages between Tyler Robinson and Lance Twiggs -Lance Twiggs’ interview with investigators -The handwritten note recovered during the investigation -Discord messages and other electronic communications -Execution of search warrants -Collection of physical evidence -And more If the defense believed Agent Brian Davis’s testimony was inaccurate or unreliable, cross examination would have been their opportunity to challenge it. They chose not to question him.

🚨It’s heavily implied that Lance Twiggs has been given PROMISES OF IMMUNITY from the prosecution and federal government. “The central witness, who’s going to be presented AGAINST Mr. Robinson, is a withness who the prosecution and the federal government have given promises of immunity to …”

I guess some people intentionally or accidentally forgot this part: The defense objected to showing the public the zoomed in version of Tyler Robinson as it’s “too predjudicial” and will play a BIG ROLE in the trial and it would SERIOUSLY IMPACT their ability to get a fair trial … because it’s TYLER.

Saying this louder for the people in the back: The UVU surveillance footage quality is exceptionally high in its raw data form. Investigators could zoom in to the point of clearly deciphering if Tyler touched the window on his descent from the roof. Also: they have SO MUCH FOOTAGE. Don’t let the fools get away with telling you otherwise. Tyler is cooked.

Tyler Robinson SURRENDERED around 9:00 PM on September 11, 2025 based on reports, video footage and other evidence. Discord was subpoenaed and provided records of Tyler’s confession messages, first sent at 7:57 PM MT. Testimony: Ms. Hunt: As part of your investigation, did law enforcement send a subpoena to Discord? Agent Davis: Yes, they did. Ms. Hunt: Were these messages recovered via that subpoena? Agent Davis: They were. Ms. Hunt: Did you review them? Agent Davis: Yes, I did. Ms. Hunt: In State’s Exhibit 16.2 that is before you, when is the first message from Tyler sent? Agent Davis: 7:57 PM. Ms. Hunt: It says “yesterday.” Do you have any knowledge of what day that would have been? Agent Davis: Yes. This would have been September 11th. Ms. Hunt: So the first message from Tyler that you’re seeing in State’s Exhibit 16.2 was sent on September 11th at 7:57 PM? Agent Davis: Yes, that’s correct. Ms. Hunt: You testified earlier that Mr. Robinson arrived at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 9:00 PM. Is that right? Agent Davis: Yes, that’s correct. Ms. Hunt: Although you weren’t physically present there because you were flying down, how do you know he arrived at approximately 9:00 PM? Agent Davis: Based on the police reports I reviewed, and then by going back and looking at the video and other evidence.

Tyler Robinson Case In a new filing, Deputy Utah County Attorney Christopher Ballard argues the defense has failed to meet any of the legal requirements necessary to halt proceedings while they appeal Judge Graf’s decision to allow cameras in the courtroom. Ballard says Robinson “failed to show that a public preliminary hearing would prejudice him at all” and argued there is no basis to postpone the case while the appeal is pending. He also directly challenged the defense’s request for a stay: “Defendant must satisfy all three elements. He hasn’t satisfied even one. In fact, he ignores this rule.” The State notes that Robinson was arrested in September 2025, yet nearly nine months later no preliminary hearing has been held and no plea has been entered. Prosecutors further argue that continued delays are contrary to the public interest and negatively impact Charlie Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, who has invoked her right under Utah law to a speedy resolution of the case. The State is asking Judge Graf to keep the case moving forward and reject what many see as another defense delay tactic. Source: FOX News

Andrea touches on the Discord messages in the Tyler Robinson case. “Nothing wrong with asking questions. But at some point you have to consider counter questions as well.” Why wouldn’t Tyler’s defense team bring up potentially fraudulent messages or suspicious timing issues if there was actually something there? Wouldn’t that be one of the first items they’d aggressively challenge? Andrea Burkhart 🐟🐟🐟🐟🏴☠️ Jeff Burkhart

Based on common sense alone, I know Gary is right. Authorities and K9s were searching for a suspect who was on the loose. In the course of searching for him, they found his rifle. A photo of that rifle was taken during scene processing and leaked to the NY Post. Mark my words, Paramount Tactical - Gary Melton will be proven right.
