Can someone, anyone, explain the major discrepancies in Lance Twiggs’s testimony that I’m hearing? 1. Lance testified that Tyler did not text him directly AT ALL on September 10th. He testified that the only message that came through that day was via an automated Discord message from Tyler to a D&D server group chat that they were both a part of at 11 pm. Why then are we shown screenshots of a personal text message thread from September 10th where there are texts from Tyler to Lance starting at 4:33 pm?? There’s also a direct text supposedly from Tyler at 11 pm as well — is that what’s being referred to as the “automated” message (although it’s not remotely from Discord)?? Tyler then supposedly sends a flurry of texts detailing his crime to Lance all before midnight. Why did Lance not account for any of these messages when he said Tyler “did not text him directly” all day?? 2. How would Lance know if the one 11 pm text message was “automated” when iMessage doesn’t differentiate between messages that are scheduled before or sent in the moment? 3. Prosecutor Ryan McBride, in his interview of Lance, while reading the messages exchanged.. said clear as day that the messages spanned from September 10th to September 12th. Lance agrees with this. Seconds later, he changes the story and says the messages were from September 10th to the evening of September 11th. Why? Agent Brian Davis, while on the stand, then testified to the messages ending September 11th, but the attorney who questioned him also sounded majorly confused based on what she was reading. She kept saying: “Does September 12th.. make more sense? Does it make sense?” Why did she initially ALSO say September 12th but then backtrack?? 4. Lance says in his testimony that he picked the note up and then never saw it again. Did he not burn it? How could he not pick it up again if he did that. Why was there no testimony to him burning it?

Here's the proof that Tyler Robinson was mirandized at 6:25 PM on Thursday, September 11th—NOT Friday the 12th, as the fedsloppers claim. Post this wherever you see one of them arguing it was the 12th. Why it's important: 1. Tyler supposedly posted a confession to Discord at 7:57 PM on September 11th. But by that time, he'd already been sitting in custody at the Washington County Sheriff's office since 6:25 PM and NOT confessing. 2. At 7:50 PM the night of the 11th, while Tyler was already in custody, they held the infamous press conference where they released video and pictures to aid the manhunt. Later, it would be claimed that Tyler's dad recognized these photos and persuaded Tyler to turn himself in. But if Tyler was already in custody when those pictures were released, this narrative was a lie. 3. If they're lying about how and when Tyler turned himself in—and if the Discord confession is fake—then this is powerful evidence of a conspiracy & cover-up. That is why the fedsloppers need "the evening of Tyler's arrest" to be Friday, September 12th, not Thursday the 11th. NOTE: Whether you accept this newly discovered timeline or not, you're left with only 2 choices: either Tyler somehow confessed on Discord while he was in custody at the Sheriff's office and refusing to confess to them, OR he confessed on Discord WHILE he was counseling with his parents, detective friend & LDS bishop on the best course of action (and then turned himself in and refused to confess). Do either of those possibilities sound even remotely likely?

🚨 BOMBSHELL! 🚨LIST OF PEOPLE WHO KNEW TYLER ROBINSON WAS ALREADY IN CUSTODY & THAT THE DISCORD CONFESSION WAS IMPOSSIBLE At a minimum, IMO, all of these officials know—and likely have known since this press conference started at 7:51 PM on September 11, 2025—that Tyler Robinson WAS ALREADY IN CUSTODY at the Washington County Sheriff's Office. Yet they pretended then, and continue to pretend until now, that they didn't have a suspect in custody. They've also allowed the alleged Discord confession to stand unchallenged, even though it was posted AFTER Tyler was already in custody. 1. FBI Director Kash Patel 2. FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino (whose wife works for TPUSA) 3. FBI Agent Robert Bohls, appointed head of the SLC FBI field office by Kash Patel a few weeks earlier in August 2025 4. Utah Governor Spencer Cox 5. Utah Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson 6. Utah County Sheriff Mike Smith 7. Utah Department of Public Safety Agent Brian Davis, who was dispatched to Washington County to take Tyler into custody 8. Washington County Sheriff Nate Brooksby 9. Retired Washington County Sheriff’s Office detective Scott Messinger, who helped bring Tyler in to the sheriff's office 10. Unidentified Washington County Sheriff's Deputy(ies) present when Tyler was taken into custody 11. Utah Attorney General Derek Brown 12. Commissioner of the Utah Department of Public Safety Beau Mason, appointed by Spencer Cox in June 2025 13. Utah County Attorney Jeffrey S. Gray, lead prosecutor on the case IMO, that's over a dozen officials who, up to this point in time, have NEVER MENTIONED OR ACKNOWLEDGED that they actually had Tyler Robinson 3.5 hours BEFORE the official "33-hour" arrest time announced the morning of September 12th, and over 1.5 hours before the posting of the alleged Discord confession. NOW YOU KNOW WHY THEY "LOST" ALL THE SURVEILLANCE VIDEO FROM THAT NIGHT AT THE WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE Tell me if you disagree with anyone on this list or if I missed someone.

CNN’s Josh Campbell admits the ICE officer’s cellphone video of his deadly confrontation with Renee Good that the thud heard at the end *might be* sound of the officer being “struck by that vehicle,” but it *might NOT* and instead “could be from you know, the phone on his clothing.” He adds the video showed “wasn’t, you know, coming head on at that agent, you know, trying to mow him over.” “Well, this is a critical new angle. This was the actual vantage point of the officer. And we know that not many immigration officers actually wear body worn cameras. But, in this instance, the immigration agent was holding his phone up, essentially filming this encounter, which we can now see in this video obtained by our colleague Holmes Lybrand. So, in the video, you see that the officers are making contact with Renee Good there. She’s parked somewhat perpendicular in a street. And there’s another woman that’s there, which is outside the vehicle. And you can tell, you know, as the exchange there with Renee Good that, you know, she’s being somewhat pleasant. The other woman is, you know, kind of mouthy. And, you know, this is obviously a bit a bit tense, you tells the agent at one point, you know, ‘why don’t you go get some lunch, big boy?’ You also see critically. And I’ll get to this in a second. Bystanders behind the vehicle. We’ve seen other angles. This one shows us again, the vantage point of that officer. Another agent orders Renee Good out of the vehicle. This agent then walks around. That is the moment that she then takes off. And, on that audio, what we hear, it appears that you can actually hear friction on the phone. You know, it appears from other angles that the agent was indeed struck by that vehicle. But you hear on the audio, it appears friction on the phone, that could be from the vehicle strike. That could be from you know, the phone on his clothing. But then it appears three shots were fired after that. And then you hear afterwards someone, it appears, maybe an immigration agent who was there, actually, you know, use profanity, you know, calling — calling her an f-ing B, which we heard on — on the audio there. Now, let’s talk about the tactics for a second so I can tell you this, as a former federal agent, that law enforcement officers can use deadly force only when necessary, when they believe that there is an imminent threat to their life. In this instance, you have a moving vehicle that’s coming at that agent. “Now, the driver, Renee Good, did turn the wheel to the right. So, it appears that she wasn’t, you know, coming head on at that agent, you know, trying to mow him over. But nevertheless, an agent in that split second decision would have to make that calculation. Am I in danger? Is my life threatened here? You know, agents are also taught What are other options? Could you move out of the way? And that’s why this has been such a contentious issue here — the judgment, the decision of that agent to actually open fire. We’ve heard, you know, obviously, people supporting that decision, others, being quite critical. One other thing I want to note is that when agents undergo training and not just the feds, but law enforcement across the country, it is a cardinal rule that you are responsible for every round that you fire. And one key component of that is to the extent that you have the time and you can, you must be aware of what is beyond your shot, what is in the background? Here, it appears from that video that this other woman who had been engaging in the agent with the agent, was quite clearly in the line of fire. But there were also other people that were standing behind that car on the sidewalk. And this is a residential area. And so, I’m sure that will face some scrutiny as well. The officer opening fire at that moment, you know, directly, it appears towards those other people beyond the shot. And then his partners. And you brought this up, Brianna, just the other day, his partners are there in close range as well. And so, this will be heavily scrutinized from a tactical perspective as well. About the officer opening fire, but again, just critical, critical new video here that we’re seeing an important angle what the officer would have been seeing in the moment.”

‼️BOMBSHELL: Definitive PROOF Tyler Robinson Was ALREADY IN CUSTODY When the “Discord Confession” Was Sent!🤯 Baron Coleman just dropped ironclad proof from court documents on his podcast. Tyler Robinson was Mirandized and in custody at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office at 6:25 PM on September 11, 2025. The alleged Discord confession from his account? Sent at 7:57 PM — over 90 minutes AFTER he was already locked up. Baron proves it with the Bates stamp 3996 R2 video from the defense motion. Same video, same location, same day. No way around it. That means: Sheriff Nate Brooksby lied in his press conference about the 8+ PM surrender timeline. Kash Patel lied when he claimed the dad saw the roof video (released at 7:59 PM) and that’s what made him turn his son in. If Tyler was already in custody… who wrote and sent the Discord confession? This isn’t a small timeline glitch. This is evidence of a massive multi-agency conspiracy to frame Tyler Robinson as the patsy. The official story just collapsed. Watch the full breakdown from Baron Coleman and share this everywhere — the public deserves the truth. What do YOU think happened? FOLLOW Baron Coleman and watch his FULL episode below where he breaks it all down in further detail. 👇 ⚠️ATTN: My channel is under attack, and they are trying to financially bankrupt me to shut down my investigation into the Charlie Kirk assassination and silence the truth. 🚨BREAKING: CBS News GRAMA Appeal Proves the Discord Confession Of Tyler Robinson Is FAKE Undeniable PROOF Tyler Was In Custody On September 11th At 6:25p🧾😱 The timeline of the official narrative just completely collapsed. The "smoking gun" confession that the media has been parading around is a mathematical and physical impossibility, and we have the documents to prove it. The establishment wants you to believe that Tyler Robinson logged into Discord at 7:57 PM on September 11th and typed the words, "It was me." There is just one massive problem: He was already in police custody without his phone. Props to investigator Baron Coleman for being the first to point out this discrepancy, but now we have the undeniable, documented proof. Here is the absolute nail in the coffin for the Discord confession lie. DOCUMENT 1: The 6:25 PM Miranda Rights As Baron pointed out—in the defense team's discovery filing attached above, It explicitly shows the timestamp for Tyler Robinson’s encounter with law enforcement: 06:25 PM. The transcript shows him being actively read his Miranda rights at 6:25 PM. He explicitly declined to be interviewed without an attorney present. The Reality: Once you are in custody and being Mirandized, your devices are seized. There is zero chance Tyler Robinson was hanging out in an interrogation room logging into Discord an hour and a half later. DOCUMENT 2: The September 11th Booking Sheet For the operatives trying to spin the narrative that Robinson wasn't actually arrested until September 12th, look at the official Utah County Sheriff Inmate Booking Sheet. Arrest Date: 09/11/2025 Arrest Location: Outside Ut Cnty (He surrendered in Washington County before being transferred). THE COVER-UP: The CBS Appeal & The "Missing" Video but wait there's more... CBS filed an appeal on January 21, 2026, demanding the release of the surveillance video of Tyler’s surrender at the Washington County Sheriff's Office. CBS specifically requested the footage recorded between 6:00 PM on Sept 11th and 1:00 AM. They know exactly when he walked through those doors. Washington County originally tried to claim the video was "gone" and no longer available. Now, Lonny Pehrson, the Director of Utah State Records, has apparently reviewed the footage but is denying appeals to release it to the press. Why hide the video? Because the moment that surrender footage goes public, the 7:57 PM Discord "confession" is officially exposed as a complete fabrication planted by someone else. If Tyler didn't send the Discord messages, who had his phone? Who wrote the confession? And why is the state of Utah fighting so hard to keep the surrender tape locked away? 👇 LOOK AT THE TIMESTAMPS. The official story is a physical impossibility. Share this everywhere before they try to scrub the records again. CC: Candace Owens

🚨 BOMBSHELL: Lead Investigator IN CK ASSASSINATION Brian Davis RELATED To Brian Harpole’s Business Partner Justin Davis— Major Conflict Of Interest EXPOSED? I’ve been digging into this for weeks, and while i have not yet found iron clad proof, the circumstantial evidence is overwhelming. Here’s what is 100% documented: Agent Brian Davis is the lead investigator in the Charlie Kirk assassination case (multiple official Utah State Bureau of Investigation reports list him as “Reporting Officer: Agent Brian Davis”). Justin B. Davis is an official business partner with Brian S. Harpole (the same Brian Harpole deeply tied to TPUSA security and allowed Charlie to be assassinated that day). Official Texas and Arizona LLC filings (Consolidated Training Group LLC and related entities) list Justin B. Davis and Erinn E. Davis as Members alongside Brian S. Harpole as Member Manager. Jennifer S. Davis (public Facebook profile + multiple posts) is heavily embedded in TPUSA circles, frequently posting about Charlie Kirk events, Turning Point USA, and Governor Gianforte. She is the mother of Justin Davis. Allegedly Brian Davis is related to Justin Davis (Brian Harpole’s business partner), that means the lead investigator has a direct family tie to a key TPUSA insider and witness/ potential suspect in the same investgation he currently tasked to investigate. That should have disqualified him from the case immediately. This is an egregious appearance of a conflict of interest at the highest level of the investigation. We need answers. If anyone has additional proof of the family connection between Agent Brian Davis (Utah DPS / lead investigator) and Justin B. Davis / Jennifer S. Davis (photos, family mentions, shared addresses, social media tags, etc.), please DM me or email [email protected]. The public deserves to know if the lead investigator has family ties to the very people connected to the organization at the center of this case. Drop any info or screenshots you have below👇 ⚠️My channel is under attack, and they are trying to bankrupt me to shut down my investigation into the Charlie Kirk assassination and silence the truth. 🔥💥🛸👽 Dr. Eric Davis: I Swear On My Life and My Children's Life That I Saw Photos of Non-Human Craft and Bodies 👽🛸💥🔥 James Fox: "Put me wherever you were when you got to see photographs of crash retrieval and documents. What did that feel like?" Dr. Eric Davis: "That was startling, when I actually see recorded evidence with my own eyes. Photographs, reports, and whatnot. That took it to a higher level, that kicked it up several notches of reality. And that made it very clear that this reality is very hard, very physical, very real. "And this type of evidence, you can't come by in the open literature, it's not public, it's classified. And I can't discuss what it was, but I can tell you, yeah, it's a crash retrieval, there's a craft, and there's alien bodies. That's all I can say about it." Fox: "You swear on your life that you saw those pictures?" Davis: "Oh, I swear on my life, and everybody's...my children's life, so (laughs). Yeah, I'm absolutely telling you the truth. I saw the evidence, and it's stark! I can't tell you the exact number, because it's classified, but I'll just say, there's a few dozen total retrievals." Fox: "1930s, crash retrieval?" Davis: "Yes. It's in the classified record that that's a real event." Fox: "1940s?" Davis: "Yes. Roswell... One in (19)53 and one in (19)58, but there are others." ~~~ Rep. Tim Burchett Press Office: "So, when do you think this first occurred?" Grusch: "Previously, 1930s." (I bought the newest edition of, "Moment of Contact: New Revelations of Alien Encounters" the other day, and even if you're skeptical about Varginha, the opening segment on crash retrievals is worth the price of admission. Excellent job (as always) by Fox.)

Senator Mark Kelly tried to spin a narrative that President Trump nearly allowed Iran to get a nuclear weapon by tearing up Obama’s deal. Surprisingly, CNN’s Kasie Hunt pushed back hard — delivering a brutal reality check Kelly couldn’t dodge. KELLY: “Let me just say two things up front here. 2017. They were enriching uranium at around 3.5%, well below what they are now. They’re at 60%.” “You know why they got to 60%? Because Donald Trump tore up the Iran deal. The JCPOA, which kept their enrichment very low. So he set the—” Hunt interrupted him while he was mid sentence. HUNT: “The Obama administration did open the financial floodgates.” Kelly was caught off guard. KELLY: “That is…that is true…” HUNT: “Was that a mistake?” KELLY: “Well…I…if the goal is to keep the uranium enrichment at a level to support civilian use, that was accomplished, it was below 5%.” “And Donald Trump blew that up and it went…it’s at around 60%. I think that’s pretty public, now, is about where where it is. They would need to enrich it higher to to get there—” Hunt pressed again. HUNT: “But was it a mistake for the Obama administration to allow more money to flow to the Iranian regime?” KELLY: “Well…I think you can you can criticize a deal. Right. And maybe there should have been more restrictions on them building ballistic missiles.” “I think that might be valid, valid criticism.”

👽 Dr. Eric Davis: I Saw Photos of a Dead Gray Alien 👽 🇷🇺 🔥 It Appears the Soviets Retrieved a Tic Tac UFO and Four Deceased Grays 🔥 🇷🇺 "[The Soviets] did recover four bodies of humanoid aliens." ~Davis Josh Golembeske (Josh Golembeske): "In the movie 'Moment of Contact,' directed by James Fox, 'New Revelations of Alien Encounters,' you made an incredible statement. You swore on your own life and your kids' life that you saw photos and reports of crash retrievals and non-human intelligent bodies." (Watch that clip of Dr. Davis...here. ⬇️⬇️⬇️ ) ~ Josh Golembeske (Josh): "That's an incredible statement - that you saw in a SCIF. Then a year earlier, you in 2025, at the UAP-Disclosure-Fund briefing to Congress, mentioned four types of ET races. You said that you know they are Nordics, Grays, Insectoids, and Reptilians." ~ (Here's an edited transcript of that exchange.) Rep. Eric Burlison: "Can you comment on whatever species have been piloting these craft? Davis: "They're typically the multiple species people are familiar with. The Greys, the Nordics. A humanoid, because they have...a hand, and four limbs, and a torso, so..." Burlison: "Large? Small?" Davis: "Human size, human scale." Burlison: "How many are in a crew?" Davis: "Well, the group, well, the Greys I'm familiar with from investigating the crash at Corona, which is misnamed the crash at Roswell. It's not the crash at Roswell, it's the crash at Corona, New Mexico. Those were Greys, those were four-foot tall. And the Nordics are typically human-sized, probably...I've heard five, six-feet tall. And same with the people who mislabel Reptilian and Insectoid. They're roughly that height, too. I haven't heard anything about anything seven or eight feet or nine-foot tall, of that nature." Full transcript here: ~~~ Josh: "And you mentioned that you know the public has low credibility evidence on that, and then the classified programs is high credible evidence potentially of this." (Watch that clip here. ⬇️⬇️⬇️ ) ~ Josh: "My question for you is...and I'm not trying to push you to break your NDAs here, but I know you can't say much. But in those photos and reports, were those species involved in those photos and reports that you saw?" Dr. Eric Davis: "Just one of them. And there's a minimum of four, and that was my slip up for not clarifying that. There's a minimum of four. The best example of the number of, you know, I don't know if you would say species versus morphology. You have to look at Bob Emenegger's companion book to his 1974 television documentary, 'UFOs: Past, Present, and Future.' "He's got a section in the middle of the book showing graphics of the taxonomy of different UAP craft that have been observed and investigated by Project Blue Book. And then there's one with the taxonomy of 'NHIs' or 'aliens.' And that section on the taxonomy of the different NHIs/aliens or ufonauts, as Jacques Vallée calls 'em, is an excellent example of the variety of different type of UAP beings or crew members that have been reported and investigated and encountered. "So there's a minimum of four. And as I qualified at the May 1st, 2025 House Oversight Committee, I clarified that the Reptilians and Insectoids are not a species, per [say]. Well, they are. It's just that they morphologically resemble what they're [we're] familiar with on Earth." (I would push back and say that we don't know if they're multiple species. Hell, they could be avatars created by a single, ultra-advanced intelligence that uses a type of super-duper 3D printing to make/create four different types of beings, infused with AI. In other words, robots. Or, maybe they're four different types of ETs from four different planets? We just don't know. And yes, witnesses have reported seeing lots of different craft and beings, which Dr. James Lacatski has pointed out. Could be a clue. I'll try to find and post the Emenegger taxonomies in the replies, in the morning.) Davis: "So, for example, the Insectoid is going to represent a type of NHI species that resembles or looks like, you know, it's got the face and body morphology of an insect..." Josh: "A praying mantis." Davis: "...or a praying mantis, yeah. But that's not what they are. They're not a praying mantis, by any means. They're not an insect by any means. It's just that that's how they appear. And so, the same with the Reptilian. It doesn't mean that they're reptiles, it just means that they resemble an Earth-type reptile." (How does he know that they're not actual intelligent praying mantises or reptiles or something similar? What is he basing that on?) Davis: "Remember these things, we don't know that they even come from Earth. But that doesn't mean that's exactly what they are. I'm not aware (laughs) that we've got any deceased ones. I'm aware that we've recovered deceased Grays. And the Grays are like the little ones you saw near the end of, 'Close Encounters of Third Kind.' The little guys, diminutive bodies and really large heads." Josh: "Is that the one you saw in the photos, the Grays?" Davis: "Yeah. Yeah." (Great question, and that's new information. I thought he may have seen Reptilian or Mantis bodies but a few other folks thought he was talking about Grays. You were right.) Josh: "Oh, okay, that's fascinating. Okay. And I don't know how much information you can give about these photos. Was it some of the famous crash sites that we've heard about over the years? Is it Roswell, is it Kecksburg?" Davis: "Ah no, this was foreign intelligence collected so this is a foreign crash, and that's classified, so I can't get into that. But the photos I saw came from the site of a foreign crash retrieval during the Cold War." (if you look up the end of the Cold War between the Soviet Union and the U.S., it will tell you that it ended in December of 1991 when the Soviet Union dissolved and ceased to exist. That date and timeframe will be important in a second.) Josh: "Got it. And like, how does that work, exactly, Dr. Davis? Because you're such a highly-credible person. And for you to say I saw photos of crash retrievals and ET bodies, is disclosure on some level to me and to some people. But you can't cross the line to saying more. Like, how does that work from a national-security situation? Like, who draws that line, you know?" Davis: "Well, this isn't a disclosure of American information. It's involving intelligence collection on a foreign adversary. So...you have to kind of walk a fine line here. That's all you can do. Now, whether the government agency that owns that intelligence is willing to disclose it? It's hard to say because there's a lot of sources and methods that are buried inside that intelligence, and that makes it very hard for them to want to reveal because the sources and methods are still being used today." (Okay. So which country was it, and when did the crash take place? And what type of craft? Let's go back to Davis in, "The Age of Disclosure.") Dr. Eric Davis: "We have seen highly-credible, U.S. government intelligence on the Soviet recovery of a crashed UAP in 1989." (Two years before the end of the Cold War with the Soviets, so the timeframe fits.) Davis: "They recovered a Tic Tac-shaped UAP that was twice as big as the Tic Tac that was encountered by the USS Nimitz Carrier Strike Group, and they did recover four bodies of humanoid aliens. The Soviet scientists took apart the recovered craft and discovered a very advanced directed energy weapon." (It certainly looks like this case fits what Davis said to Josh. Davis also said this in 2024 at the SOL conference.) Dr. Eric Davis: "Russia is one that had some crash retrievals, and that's been released when the Soviet Union fell, KGB opened up the files, George Knapp went there, other people went there, found the Thread 3 documents. And I had independent - and I can't get into this because it's still super classified - but through the AAWSAP program, I had a connection in with a three-letter agency that collected, not from the KGB open records, they collected it from their own asset. "And the asset was filtering out actual, legitimate documents, photos, reports, technical and operational and executive-summary type. " (Photos of four Grays? Again, this seems to fit with what he was talking about to James Fox, Josh, and elsewhere.) Davis: "There is enough evidence that I saw in a classified setting that convinced me that they have it. At least one crash retrieval, yeah. I can't say that and go back to the 40s, 50s or 60s or 70s. I know...it was at the end of the 80s was the one I was exposed to. So, they have had something and they've got hardware, but I don't see that they've been any successful with it."
