Cremige Champignon-Suppe – perfekt! 🌷 Ingredients: • 20 g Butter • 1 Zwiebel • 2 Knoblauchzehen • 400 g braune Champignons • 600 ml Hühnerbrühe • 200 ml Sahne • 1 EL Mehl • Salz & Pfeffer • Paprikapulver • Oregano • Frische Petersilie 👇 Instructions: 1️⃣ Champignons ohne Fett in der Pfanne anrösten, bis sie leicht Farbe bekommen – das gibt extra Aroma! 2️⃣ Butter dazugeben, dann Zwiebel & Knoblauch glasig anbraten. 3️⃣ Gewürze unterrühren. 4️⃣ Mehl darüberstreuen und kurz mitrösten. 5️⃣ Mit Hühnerbrühe ablöschen, Sahne hinzufügen und gut verrühren. 6️⃣ Einige Minuten köcheln lassen, bis die Suppe schön cremig wird. 7️⃣ Mit frischer Petersilie bestreuen und heiß servieren.🤍 #easyrecipes #souprecipe #çorba #iftar #ramadan
