An Indian Navy Drishti-10 Starliner unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) crashed in an open field near Dharampur village, close to Porbandar Airfield in Gujarat, India. According to the Indian Navy, the UAV went down shortly after takeoff in the vicinity of the airfield. The cause of the crash has not been confirmed. The Drishti-10 fleet has previously experienced multiple SATCOM disconnection incidents, which may have been a contributing factor. The Drishti-10 is the Indian-built version of the Israeli Hermes 900 UAV, manufactured by Adani Defence & Aerospace under license from Elbit Systems.

Earlier today, the Iraqi Armed Forces shot down an unidentified unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in the Muwailihah area, north of Babylon Governorate, southern Iraq. There is considerable speculation regarding the UAV's identity, with some suggesting it could be a Chinese-made CH-4B or Wing Loong II operated by the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF). However, the wreckage appears to show a 4-blade composite pusher propeller, whereas both the CH-4B and Wing Loong II are equipped with 3-blade pusher propellers. Based on that detail, those two platforms seem unlikely. The only UAVs that come to mind with a 4-blade pusher propeller are the MQ-9B (SkyGuardian/SeaGuardian) and the MQ-9A Extended Range (ER). The standard MQ-9A (Block 1/Block 5) uses a 3-blade propeller.

New Russian military vehicles that recently arrived in the Sahel aboard a Russian cargo ship docking in Lomé, Togo, have been observed moving toward Mali to reinforce the Africa Corps. Among the vehicles identified are several Tigr-M GAZ-233114 multipurpose armored vehicles, MAZ-6317 and Ural-4320 trucks, as well as one BTR-82A armored personnel carrier and one BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicle.
