One thing I admire about His Excellency Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is his deep knowledge of Nigerian culture. I got a call today saying Mama P was arrested. I saw a video of her arguing with Julius Abure at Abuja airport, and people say Abure’s boys attacked her at Benin airport. Abure is a lawyer and knows the law. If he thinks Mama P did wrong, he should go to court, not send thugs. I don’t support the altercation that occurred at the airport, but nobody should attack a young woman there. I’m not feeling well after the Benin Summit yesterday, so I’m resting at home, even though it’s my birthday today.
