Indian Bans its Seafarers to sail with many Foreign Certificate of Competency such as Honduras, Belize, Togo, Gabon, Panama...etc I shall take this up with DG SHIPPING for review. Directorate General of Shipping, Govt. of India Surgical action taken. Issuee Circular 31 of 2025 on 18 July 25. All Seafarers must read this Circular otherwise you will regret and suffer. Attached Circular is 6 page and it affects 400,000 strong Indian Seafarers. I feel 10,000 Indian Seafarers jobs will be lost immediately on one side and on the other side illegal business of ₹10 Cr will get stopped.
