London is the most congested city in the world. With the A219 (Putney Hight Street) being the most congested in the uk. I am glad Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan is expanding ULEZ, encouraging less drivers on our roads. We also need Hammersmith Bridge reopened URGENTLY. Without a toll.
