Colonel Nsabimana shared his military background, outlining the reasons why he chose to defect from the FARDC and join the Congolese Revolutionary Army (ARC). He revealed that during his time as an FARDC brigade commander, peace eluded both him and his family. Now, as an ARC brigade commander, he is finally doing what he loves most: protecting Congolese people. He shares the personal motivations driving this decision. He went on to call upon the Wazalendo, active FARDC personnel, and driven young people to join the ARC, promising that they would be welcomed with open arms.

"I served as a colonel in charge of operations for the AFD Wazalendo group in Mweso, under the command of General Jean Marie. I was born in Mpanamo. I ultimately chose to defect to the Congolese Revolutionary Army because the Wazalendo is plagued by tribalism, exclusion, theft, and extortion against the very population it claims to protect. Today, I have joined the M23—a movement that rejects tribalism and fosters unity, where everyone is welcome. I strongly urge my former Wazalendo comrades to abandon that group and join the ranks of the Congolese Revolutionary Army." — 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒂 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒆𝒓 𝑾𝒂𝒛𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒐 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒅𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑮𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒐𝒓’𝒔 𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝑴𝒖𝒉𝒆𝒕𝒐, 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒅𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒐𝒍𝒗𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒕.

M23 has achieved something unprecedented in history. This is a professional army that took control of a city of nearly five million people without destroying a single building. They captured thousands of armed fighters, including members of Forces Armée Congolaise - FARDC and mercenaries, without harming them. What more does the world want? This is the difference between those who value life and those who seek destruction. We stand for life. Forces Armée Congolaise - FARDC are our brothers, and together, we will work to bring peace where many thought it was impossible. Not to mention #SAMIDRC, Burundian and #FDLR The video below shows that if this is possible, bringing peace is possible when one is committed to look for it! Do and I see is better than talk and I hear. AFC-M23 is serving the population.

"Look at this child, he is just 17 years old. Kidnapped by the FDLR and Wazalendo (Nyatura), he was recently caught stealing pigs from the local population." Yesterday, Governor Bahati Musanga Erasto visited Muheto, the home to notorious So-called generals, Mugabo and Mayanga, who have long terrorized the local community, the very family who looked after them until they returned to pay this community with terror. But the tables are turning. Under a terror regime that breeds division, these so-called generals are being mistreated, arrested, or stripped of their power, left without function. This is Tshisekedi’s legacy: pitting communities and families against one another. On the other hand, organizations sitting 12,000 km away relentlessly accuse the AFC-M23 of recruiting minors, yet they can never produce proof. Meanwhile, it is the AFC-M23 that actually rescues these armed children, rehabilitates them, and returns them to their families. The bias and corruption of these report-writers couldn't be more obvious. Day by day, the truth prevails.

They lost it again? 🤔 This is exactly how they lie to Tshisekedi about capturing Rubaya just to secure millions in unearned rewards. The people in a video below used to be blinded by your propaganda, but they have now embraced the truth and made the right choice. Let's be clear: Kibabi is safe, secure, and nowhere near the frontline. Your are defeat on the battlefield, you win in dreams and propaganda but even that we will defeat your narrative too eveb in your dreams while sleeping. Every lie you attempt to tell, we will expose it to the Congolese people. You are so far from Kibabi you can't even breathe its air.

Dear Julius Sello Malema, Your SA National Defence Force 🇿🇦 soldiers were not killed in South Africa. When you were fighting against apartheid, M23 did not stand in your way. Yet here you are, in our land, fighting alongside génocidaires, armed groups, and mercenaries. And now, you are one to say M23 declared a war? Is Goma Pretoria? Let’s not forget, this started back in 2013. Many of your former presidents, starting with #ThaboMbeki, understnd the complexities of our situation. If you take the time to reflect, you’ll see that it was South Africa that declared war on M23—not the other way around.

Another notorious combatant has been captured, marking a significant loss for Kinshasa. One of the FDLR’s senior figures, known as Tokyo (real name Yoweri, from Kivuye in western Rwanda), was captured by AFC/M23 forces in a location called Muzimu (“Ghost”) in Masisi, North Kivu. Tokyo is a man of great cruelty. Alongside others such as Jean-Marie of Nyatura, Tiger, and Ignace Dunia, he was responsible for horrific acts including rape, murder, and the burning of countless homes. His capture represents one of the most significant blows to the FDLR leadership. True to its professionalism, AFC/M23 handled the situation with discipline. Although Tokyo was wounded in the leg, he was treated and safely evacuated by AFC/M23 forces, a striking display of humanity toward someone responsible for thousands of orphans and victims of sexual violence. In areas under AFC/M23 control, groups like the FDLR and other armed factions have no chance. The safety and protection of the civilian population remain the top priority of AFC/M23.

There is no rest for the wicked. While Muyaya arrives in Canada, a nation built on the rule of law, human right champion, he leaves behind thousands rotting in Ndolo, Makala, and DEMIAP. These people were arrested simply for who they are, others are under constant drones bombardment, yet he travels to the West to spew poisonous lies and mask the reality of his regime's cruelty. This time his burying his head while his behind is exposed.

According to SA National Defence Force 🇿🇦, their mission to achieve peace and stability has been successful, which is why they are withdrawing. They acknowledged that security exists in the liberated areas, unlike those still under Kinshasa’s control. Sophie Mokoena

"We are calling on those in the forest to surrender. If they come, we are ready to receive them, live with them, and teach them to protect the people. If they refuse, we have a cure, and we will use it. I believe some of them already know this." ~ Col. Amani Nzenze

The Rutshuru–Bunagana road has been successfully rehabilitated, bringing real and visible change to the daily lives of the population. What was once a difficult and nearly impassable route is now accessible, with even small vehicles traveling smoothly and without concern. This transformation reflects what is possible when leadership truly prioritizes the needs of the people. Under AFC-M23, governance is not just a promise, it is demonstrated through concrete action and results.

For three unforgettable days, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the city of Goma has breathed life again. The “Festival Social du Kivu” has filled the streets with music, culture, laughter, and hope. Goma is no longer a city defined by fear. It is a city reborn. A city where people dance together instead of running from gunfire, where neighbors embrace each other instead of living in suspicion, where unity speaks louder than hatred, tribalism, xenophobia, or inequality. Not long ago, before the liberation of Goma, its people knew only death and despair. But today, under AFC/M23, they are discovering what it truly means to belong, to feel the heartbeat of a nation that loves them, protects them, and gives them hope for tomorrow. This peace, this joy, this dignity is something that many in Kinshasa can only dream of. Thank you, AFC/M23, for giving Goma its voice back. For giving its people a reason to smile again. For bringing back hope.

Our Congolese brothers and sisters can rest assured of their safety wherever they are. With heart and conviction, the commander reminds his men to serve with love and respect for the people. Thank you, Afande Gen. Sultani Makenga, for embodying true leadership and hope for our nation.
