This is what a Weaponized Biden DOJ looks like.. The Biden DOJ told so many lies on me that were untrue, that it tore my family completely apart. The Biden DOJ took from me and broke my fucking soul in ways that can never be repaired. I took this video about three months ago when I was having a mental health episode. Some days, the absolute worst pain in anguish that you could ever imagine comes over me. Fortunately, just like during hurricane search and rescue, I’ve learned how to film during high stress situations in order to catch the moment. And I wanted to catch these moments to let you know that they are not just happening for me, but to other January 6 defendant as well who have been completely destroyed. Most of you are on here complaining about me asking for $35 million when I literally put the facts in your face of Democrat judges admitting my constitutional and due process rights were violated and I was weaponized against in Washington DC by the Biden DOJ. I’d be willing to guarantee that 99% of you would’ve ended it by now. If you think that this almost hasn’t driven me to do the same, you’d be crazy. There are many days where I wake up and I feel like I have nothing left to live for. And I want to set the record clear… This is not directed at anybody else other than the DOJ. Had it not been for their lies, their misuse of force, they’re overreaching an extend extending power to not just myself, but my family, employees, friends, and anybody else that knew me personally.. Had it not been for the DOJ withholding evidence about FBI agents/informants who literally infiltrated my rescue organization for the purposes of entrapping me on January 6th.. Had it not been for the DOJ infiltrating the crowd to inside a riot.. Had it not been for the DOJ, I might still have a relationship with my children. But because I can point all of the wrongdoing back to the DOJ and trapping not just myself but other American citizens, they must pay and they must pay handsomely. Because there is truly no amount of money, they can fix what they have taken from me. The mental pain and anguish that I deal with on a daily basis is unlike anything that I’ve ever experienced before my life. I thought that upon leaving prison with a pardon, and then Ed Martin dismissing my charges with prejudice, that my life would get better. It has only gotten worse. I cannot get a job just because I’m a January 6 defendant. I cannot get legal representation because I’m a January 6 defendant. I am constantly having my life threatened both online and off-line because I am a January 6 defendant. Whenever I go out, it’s noticeable the amount of eyes that are on me when I go into town. It’s not just me saying something, my parents and anybody else it’s with me at that moment can see it as well. And this isn’t just happening to me. This is happening to January 6 defendant across the board. It would be one thing if we were wrong. But as President Trump said, we were right. And because we were right, and you tortured and abuse us, you owe us big time. I’ve been quiet, long enough, but I’ve been tortured in my mind long enough now. This is the video of the interaction that happened at my home on July 13, 2025. I showed up to my home to try and talk with my at that time, wife and see my children. As the text messages and evidence will show in later on filings, I came back to my residence multiple times to try and work things out with Bonnie for the better of our children and family. When I showed up, Bonnie was not there. Her mom was always more than welcome to be there. Her mom lived with us for a while, until I came home after being pardoned. When I got home, she wanted her own space, so we got Lisa her own apartment in Longview, Texas. She had separated from James because he drank all day and would become violent towards her. Before I came home, Lisa got a black eye in my garage from James. So it was a no-brainer for me to either leave her living in my house or get her an apartment in Longview close to us. She insisted on not going back to Oklahoma to live with James, she didn’t want to go to Houston and live with James. Her grandkids were here, her job was here, and she did not want to go anywhere. So we made that happen, and I paid for that out of my own back pocket. That’s the house Lisa is referring to in this video, which is why she has to refer to it as “my” or hers - that’s noticed with her, distinguishing her property, her house, and not their house or our house. ——— but let’s rewind for a second for more context. The day that I announced my run for Congress, James and Bonnie got into a huge fight, she asked me to handle it, I went to go speak with James at Lisa’s residence that I was paying for, James pulled a knife and sliced my neck. The next morning, Bonnie and I got into a huge argument, I asked her if she was going to help me, her answers showed me that she was not. I was already discovering financial wrongdoing, I knew about infidelity, her mother and father are alcoholics and drug addicts, and you can tell that by James slurring all throughout this video. And you’ll notice throughout this video that James tells me multiple times that it’s no longer my house, it’s his daughter’s house - referring to Bonnie. What I didn’t know, is that he really meant that, because Bonnie had taken my power of attorney without my knowledge, signed over all of our assets into her name only, closed Wholesale Universe, Inc., opened Wholesale Universe, LLC in her name only, locked me out of all the bank accounts, then went to an attorney (who am I fully intend on talking about later) and filed for divorce and a restraining order using a false statement of facts, thus committing perjury. Furthermore, you’ll hear James admitting to putting a knife to my throat and blaming me for him doing that. He calls me “lucky”, as if I should be lucky to be sliced and attempted to be killed by my father-in-law. ——————— As soon as this video is over, I called 911, and an officer came out immediately. I will post the rest of the videos of this interaction in the comment section, including when the officer showed up, pulled the gun out, and started questioning him. This is not just a case of an old man grabbing at a gun. James had already tried to kill me once, and that’s why I had to leave. On July 13, 2025, I discovered in the house that day binders and folders that Bonnie had of businesses that I had never heard of. Things like widespread holdings LLC, among others who were opened in 2021, 2022, 2023 and so on. Businesses that were running my money through them, but I was never made privy to. I’ll show you the pictures of that information down below. That’s how I became aware fully with proof that my money had been stolen and fraud had been committed against me. I revoked my power of attorney from Bonnie by text message the very next day. The day after that she started selling assets. I’ve played this all out on my website, but I will be updating it today and tomorrow and adding everything about this case.

I don’t like having to get angry, yell, or raise my voice/blood pressure, but here’s another example of the daily BS that I have to put up with, and WHY I get as upset as I do. For the third time in two years, I am being sued, and my company is being sued over actions that I had no part of, and would never have done had I been in charge of my company. Today, as I was getting ready to go out of town to see a good friend, my dad knocked on my door and let me know that a process server had just come by the house and serve me paperwork. When I looked inside of the envelope, my first reaction and thought was that it was gonna be somebody locally that didn’t like what I had to say online, as I’m sure that that’s coming eventually. To my surprise, and I assure you, it was a surprise, I’m being sued for Joe McBride brother, Eric. Allegedly, Eric McBride violated federal statutes when it comes to marketing/telemarketing. I show you those charges inside of this video. You may not like me over January 6, and you may not like my politics, but one thing for sure: I have never been sued, or criminally charged/referred over anything at Wholesale Universe. If I did something that wasn’t in my customer/client’s best interest, I made it right over and over and over. My motto, and many of my former employees can tell you, was, “we are always going to do the right thing, even if it hurts.” It pains me to see what has become of the baby that I built. As you can see, the company is not in the correct hands right now. When it was in mine and Bonnie’s control only, we didn’t have these issues. When it became in Bonnie’s control only, lawsuits and criminal complaints/criminal investigations started flying. Once again, you may not like me personally, but that doesn’t mean that my business that I rightfully and legally ran for years on end should be taken away from me and given to criminals who do things like this. Especially when these bills are still in my name, you’re still using the name wholesale universe which I created, and your tarnishing and staining my legacy and my name - in my ultimate reputation, which I tried to leave the world to use for good. Y’all took what I built for the community and for the employees and for the clients and ruined it. That makes me so sick to my stomach that I can put in so much time and effort just to have people come in behind me and completely steal it and ruin it, and destroy all the clients in the employees along the way that helped build it and get it there. Along with my children, losing my business that I worked so hard to build to these thieves is the second worst thing that ever happened to me. It took away all of the financial providing for myself that I ever planned for. I didn’t have a Plan B I built wholesale universe and burnt the ships behind me, as Matt Manero once said. We sat there silent. We were minding our own business. No scene. No shouting. No confrontation. No “acting up.” Just two East Texas voters waiting like everyone else. 👀 Then I was singled out.
