Justice Anita Earls has made her position clear: she believes the judiciary should play an active role in directing corporate hiring practices based on racial criteria, independent of qualifications. North Carolinians deserve judges who apply the law not advance an agenda from the bench. Her own words disqualify her from serving on our state’s highest court.
