For those who are doubting me, watch this video. Can you explain this : Why was Harish Baxla saying to me that my complaint is not official on the day I complained? What I have faced till now is criminal and nothing else. Despite so many proofs, you suspend the person who complained against corruption? I never thought I would reach Dr. S. Jaishankar but that's how things turned out. He is corrupt. In my RTI tweet, which is also from before everything went viral, I have written that this is one instance where I found out something accidentally. There would be many many more about which I have no clue. S Jaishankar, I know you wanted to be an Emperor and you would know the tale "Emperor's New Clothes". That's what has happened right now. Many Indians know who you really are and I hope I will get justice now and I hope such things will never happen again. Here is the video of the same guy Adarsh Kumar Mishra harassing his wife while he was working in the Indian embassy in Cambodia. This video was shown to the embassy yet no action was taken against this guy. Despite clear proofs, Ministry of External Affairs is still trying to cover up and protect this guy and all other officers whose corruption has become evident. Ministry of External Affairs has a tendency to ignore cases of sexual harassment. There was a case of rape and murder in Indian embassy in Bangladesh in 2015. Just because I had not posted any recording of Manisha Swami doesn't mean I didn't have any. Here is a recording of a conversation between Manisha Swami and Harish Baxla where she is creating issues because Christiano (Brazilian employee) had to take medical leave. Christiano had asked for a leave as he needed to visit doctor three days before. But Manisha Swami had not approved the leave. He had to eventually visit the doctor. In this recording, Manisha Swami is even saying that "Leave is not a matter of right". The same Manisha Swami who was mostly on a period of three years leave(as she rarely came to office for the three years of her tenure). She enjoyed her whole tenure which was fully sponsored and paid from hard earned money of Indian taxpayers while also creating problems in medical leaves of other employees. It is important to understand why so many employees resigned during Manisha Swami's tenure. Important to understand why Luiza Alcantara resigned in front of the audit team from India while she told me "she is already having problems because of the toxic work culture and can't continue to wait before she has a mental breakdown". But instead of doing that, she misused her position, misused the idea that she is a woman and went on a meaningless tirade about Gender sensitization. While listening to this, do remember this is a person who has cleared UPSC and pay attention to everything she says. I would like to know your opinion on how this is a gender sensitization workshop. She says "I can say hello to anybody but nobody can say hello to me". I don't know who she was referring to about being blocked but it was definitely not me. Because last reply from her to me is "Ok". There is a reason foreign policy is in shambles. It's because people like S Jaishankar, Manisha Swami, Suresh Reddy, B Vanlalvawna, Sanjiv Ranjan(IORA, Mauritius), Puneet Agrawal, Monika Aggarwal, Harish Baxla, Suraj Mohan, Gayatri Gosain, Adarsh Kumar Mishra, Yashashri Shukla(CVC) and Puneet Meena (DS[CPIO]&CVC) have been looting the country openly. I have not put even a single name above randomly. If anyone has seen my original complaint, you would have noticed that I had also written highly about good officers in the Ministry. But unfortunately there are very few of these. Otherwise all this would not have happened with me so openly without any restraints. After this case, it will be definitely clear whether India is an Independent nation or a country ruled by corrupt civil servants.
