The Subcounty officials in Kisii should explain does this facility report deliveries, deaths and births to KHIS (Kenya Health Information System)? Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council a level 3A with 131 beds should have a theater and a back-up generator. Please explain the darkness at Trenya. We are asking these questions because genuine facilities that are being denied payments while cartels at MoH are helping ghost facilities siphon money.
