DPP bought an electric case management system(PROCAMIS) at Ugx 7,462,237,830 Since 2016,they have been paying maintenance fee of Ugx 2,800,000,000 annually for 8 years. In total, Ugx 22,400,000,000 was paid in maintenance fee. Now, they are closing the system cause it can't work

Gov't anticipated to collect Ugx 146,000,000,000 from Entebbe expressway toll fees in 5yrs. Same Gov't, hired a contractor at Ugx 122,000,000,000 to collect toll fees on behalf of government. Meaning, Gov't will get just Ugx 24,000,000,000 in 5 years. Make it, make sense. 🤔

If true they froze Among's bank accounts, now would be the right time for her to use some ka-money she had kept outside Uganda. But, that would mean she is getting money from "foreign agents" and that is where the Sovereignty Bill/Act comes in. A bill she badly passed.
