Sometimes, the smallest moments create the biggest impact. I stopped by Haladu’s place to eat Indomie, shared the moment, and today Indomie decided to bless him with cartons of noodles. That alone makes me happy. This is exactly what I’ve always believed in, we rise by lifting others. A simple post, a simple gesture, can change someone’s day, someone’s business, or even someone’s life. May we never stop supporting one another, especially the hardworking people trying to make an honest living. That is the kind of impact that truly matters.

Today, a football tournament was hosted in my honour, and it was more than just a game, it was an opportunity to connect with the people. The youths of Yola North, Yola South, and Girei came out in large numbers to witness the finals, celebrate together, and engage with us. Moments like this remind me why the grassroots matter so much. The people have identified with us, and we have identified with them. Their love, support, and belief in this movement continue to motivate us every day. The bond is real, the connection is genuine, and together we will continue to build a brighter future for Y2G. Haske ya zo.

People like Elma are proof that being organized, committed and genuinely passionate about what you do can take you very far. I need people that are ready to work, ready to sacrifice, ready to believe in the vision and help bring it to life. Degrees are good, yes. But character, consistency and competence? Those matter to me even more.
