Nothing against you or the estate, but this is something that genuinely bothers me about Nigeria. We have normalized marketing basic human necessities as luxury. A concrete road shouldn’t be a luxury. Electricity shouldn’t be a luxury. Clean water shouldn’t be a luxury. Proper drainage and access to healthcare shouldn’t be luxury. These should be the bare minimum standard of a decent community, not the reason someone has to convince you to buy a house there.

Not to criticise, but there’s really no way you can call this an FG standard. There’s no proper stone base, and the reinforcement work doesn’t appear adequate. What you have here looks more like wire mesh than proper structural reinforcement. I also doubt whether the road has the required concrete thickness to withstand the expected traffic and loading. Let’s give it three months and see how it goes🥱

Not to criticize but the spacing is too wide, and the concrete is too thin heavy trucks will damage the road in no time

This is not federal government standard brother. We currently use 20mm and 12mm as the runners and 12mm used for horse benches on the work to support the iron and also the spacing is very wrong !!!! . Look for better engineers in the current market to give you a better job

It either you hired quack "Engineers" or they're refusing to tell you the truth.

My brudaa, this is far away from FG standard! Its better to do a normal paving stone road temporarily first which can last 5yrs than this poorly done concrete road that won't last 2yrs. Your iron road < steel reinforcements > is a lower grade, no expansion joints!

"Federal government standard" ? Which federal government are we talking off ?

The reason these are the perks is because he/potential buyers grew up in an environment that lacks these but an American can never market his properties like this.

Federal government use 16mm steel roads with expansion joints and solid base full of well compacted gravel, but yours is Y8 (wire mesh), not well compacted solid base So this isn’t federal government standard, but this road can serve its purpose for five to seven years max

lol federal Dey use 32 mm steel u are using 16

These things are simply basics but we’ve normalized regular things as special.

Lol! The way we abuse "standard" in this industry is alarming.

Why is everyone getting into real estate in Nigeria can someone please tell what I don't know about this .

Not a quality road ...very poor job

Sarkin Mota, can I build your website?

That billionaire walk

Why this guy dey waka like person wey carry shit for trouser

Sarkin I like your hustling spirit

That’s a very poor job right there, hire professional engineers to help you do quality job.

First time seeing you in English dress Look nice on you tho 💯

I wish I can join you in this real Estate business but time will not allow me.

Do you need dispatch rider

We are increasingly backwards in many ways. This craze about rigid pavement is flawed. The idea that rigid pavement would solve for poor maintenance and poor storm water management is false. Sustainability is something we don't understand yet. Distasteful...

This is not a concrete road of federal standard

Something way federal government they brag with thank you Sarkin Mota

Thats a porly designed road far from federal government standard.

Mentor!!!!

This is not the federal government's standard!

This is government standard🙃

preserve your energy bro. when they learn, it's only once

Lmao standard ke! Am I not seeing wire mesh self embedded in laterite ?

Poor design

With 8mm poorly spaced iron rods?
