people always say, "why is your syndra build so weird"? (mandate + stormsurge + shadowflame + cryptbloom) it's so that I can go around 1shotting people like the lobby admin IN CHALLENGER while still having haste/speed for fights, without EVER having to rely on my teammates to make plays. with tier 3 sorcs buff next patch, my build will be even more OP. don't buy disgusting rocketbelt / blackfire for "more rotations" or "mobility" when you can get the job done in 1 rotation with so much mpen that you deal true damage. and if your enemies manage to survive, your 2nd rotation is still up super fast with mandate and they can't play the game. FULL BUILD ORDER: your first 2 items are ALWAYS imperial mandate and stormsurge, with sorcerer's shoes. The purchase order depends on matchup. can 1shot: go stormsurge first, with a faerie charm to proc JoaT can't 1shot: go mandate first for more E's. prioritize 3 amp tombs and faerie charm for mana / jack. 3rd item: always shadowflame. 4th item: cryptbloom default. You deal true damage to every1 in the game with this purchase, or VERY close to it. 4th item alternative: seeker's armguard -> cryptbloom, or upgrade to zhonya's if needed (vs zed,fizz,qiyana,etc.) 5th item: deathcap/zhonyas/banshees. Final Item Insight: if you bought zhonya's or banshees, chances are you don't have Deathcap in your build. Honestly, i make it this far in like 1% of games, because my build is EXTREMELY good at closing games out. But if this happens to you, just sell shadowflame or stormsurge for deathcap when you can afford it. I prefer to keep stormsurge if i need movespeed, otherwise if I have flash/ghost then I sell stormsurge and keep shadowflame. Alternatively, if you are GIGA rich, you can sell your boots for deathcap (you need summs or else u are too slow). Another possibility is selling mandate for Cosmic Drive for speed/durability, so your build could look like: DCAP, Shadowflame, Stormsurge, Cosmic Drive, Zhonyas, Cryptbloom (no boots) RUNES: In 90% of games, go Comet, Manaflow, Transcendence, Scorch, with Cashback, Jack of all Trades. Your first 2 items are cheap, getting full utilization of Cashback ASAP. In 10% of games, vs unkillable matchups (yasuo,ekko,galio,any tank), go First Strike, Cashback, Triple Tonic, Jack of All Trades, Manaflow, Transcendence. EXPERT RUNES: Swap out manaflow band for Axiom Arcanist. You need to be VERY good at mana management to take this greedy option. When you deal true damage, 12% increased R damage is A LOT. And I have noticed this rune singlehandedly get me kills and win me games I had no business winning where my team was 5-10k gold down, just because you can transcend Syndra's damage limits and 1v9. And no, I NEVER go oom after mandate is purchased since that's when your passive starts refunding a ton of mana. But before mandate, you might go oom if you use too many abilities without getting a Splinter stack out of it. Syndra is uniquely able to go this build because she has mana sustain, whereas every other mage doesn't. Abuse for free LP.

"why skip roa on ryze" "your build is dumb" "why do you need so many lost chapters" this is why. you become a statcheck god, and unkillable demon that oneshots everything you touch. unlike RoA -> Seraph -> Actualizer -> Zhonya/Void/DCap build that every1 else runs with 35 haste and 4-6k mana my build has 75 haste. it has 6-9k mana. more damage. ryze's spells gains damage from mana. actualizer's ratio increases from mana. instead of a 30% amplification, my build amplifies your damage by 43-50%. it ALSO amplifies shielding. Seraph's shield becomes nearly 2k HP. the 30% acceleration on spells compounds with my ability haste. you are deceptively tanky. your opponents will not expect the squishiest ryze build in the world to randomly gain a 2k hp shield. and the doubters may complain, "seraphs has a cooldown"! if you take cosmic insight, it's up for every fight. you don't fight that often in solo queue - every 75s or so, and that's all you need. RUNES: -Atk Speed Shard, Movespeed Shard, Flat HP -Primary Runes: Deathfire Touch, Manaflow, TRANSCENDENCE (not Celerity), Scorch -Secondary Runes: default to Cashback + Cosmic Insight. -Alternate secondary: boneplating/2nd wind + unflinching in harder lanes BUILD: Seraph's Embrace -> Sorcs -> Actualizer -> Luden's. For your 5th item, we have some pivot scenarios. Blackfire Torch: Your default for more AP + mana -> becomes dmg/shield Void Staff: If enemies are ALL stacking MR Deathcap: If you are super rich and accelerated, skip blackfire. Zhonya's: if enemy AD assassin has serpent's fang FINAL ITEM: Buy Void/Cryptbloom/Deathcap, whatever gives you most damage. SUPER LATEGAME: You can sell Blackfire or Ludens if you're missing Deathcap or Void/Crypt. Otherwise, sell your shoes for Stormsurge to have 1000 AP and 10k mana. DISCLAIMER: this build is not meant to be played in competitive, where you generate less gold / get less fed. the whole point of this build is to snowball super hard in solo queue, because RoA is a horrible 1st item spike whereas Seraph's provides way more AP, mana, and haste, letting you get more fed, and the lost chapter mana stacking gets you tankiness back in the form of shield, while providing max damage at the same time. however, in competitive, especially tier2/tier1, RoA is too op and provides way too much stats, especially when the game is far more controlled. basically, if you're not playing pro, then this build is OP. P.S: ignore my music for this 1, i was feeling kawaii that day

how to break your opponent's mind and reset bad lanestate on ryze when you R, you can choose to not take it by channeling recall. strat is best used when opponent goes for honeyfruit/vision warning: if they can 1shot you before you can clear wave, this will not work

new 1v9 lethality udyr build just dropped stormraider's surge + nimbus cloak with triple tonic bastion -> umbral -> youmuus (can skip vs immobile teams) -> collector -> fiendhunter or lord dom/mortal -> IE if you skipped youmuus usually, on ad udyr, you want to save your awakening for Q for damage. this build is so overloaded with damage, that you can just awaken E at them and 1shot. in hard matchups, you can start refillable sapphire (udyr base mana is 271, buying 300g sapphire more than DOUBLES your mana pool and you have low mana costs, so you can spam W to sustain) buy dblade on 1st recall, and sell the sapphire when you can afford serrated dirk (only 90g loss) if you get kills with bastion, you will snowball economy super hard and no1 can deal with you (it dealt 6.5k dmg this game, so around 600g worth of plates)
