🚨👀 FBI JAM JUST MADE A POST ON HIS IG AND HE HAD A LOT TO SAY ABOUT DURK FBI Jam is speaking out after everything that has unfolded, and he is placing a lot of the blame directly on Lil Durk. Here’s the main message from his post 👇🏽 🗣️ “Fuck Durk.” 👀 Jam says money made Durk a leader, but argues that someone who has never truly been a soldier can’t fully understand how to lead one. He claims a real leader would never ask people he loves to do something he wouldn’t do himself—or put his own people in a bad position. Jam also explained his perspective on what happened: • He says he had just served 12 years and had only been free for about six months, experiencing being a free father to his son for the first time. • According to Jam, he received a call telling him to come to Los Angeles, but says he wasn’t told exactly what he was coming for. • He claims that when he arrived, he was confronted with a situation involving people he didn’t know and in a city he wasn’t familiar with. • Jam acknowledges that none of this makes what happened right but says he believes Durk was more concerned with his image and reputation than protecting the people around him. 👀 JAM’S BIGGEST ACCUSATION: Jam claims Durk knew law enforcement was onto them because of the vehicle involved, but says neither he, Boogie, nor Dede were warned. He referenced testimony in court and said Durk allegedly told them “they doing they job” instead of warning them to get out of town or helping them financially. Jam’s argument is essentially: A real leader would’ve warned his people. 🚨👀 DJ AKADEMIKS GETS A CALL FROM LAWYER BRADFORD COHEN AND HE’S SHOCKED OTF JAM POSTED ON INSTAGRAM DURING THE TRIAL DJ Akademiks received a call from popular attorney Bradford Cohen, who was in disbelief that OTF Jam allegedly posted messages to his Instagram while he is a cooperating witness in the middle of Lil Durk’s federal trial. And Cohen wasn’t holding back… 🗣️ Bradford Cohen: “This might be the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen in a case.” According to Cohen, there is already testimony establishing that the Instagram account belongs to Jam. During his testimony, Jam reportedly said he instructed someone to use that same account to post a message involving his address. That makes the recent posts potentially even more significant. ⚖️ WHY COHEN SAYS THIS COULD BE A MAJOR PROBLEM FOR JAM Cohen explained that Jam chose to cooperate with the government, meaning he agreed to certain conditions as part of that cooperation. If Jam is now publicly discussing the case, attacking Lil Durk, or potentially making statements about other witnesses, Cohen believes that could create serious issues for his cooperation agreement. And then there’s the alleged 5K1.1 issue. Cohen pointed out that prosecutors have the ability to consider a cooperating witness’s conduct when determining whether they receive the benefits they were expecting from their cooperation. 👀 BUT HERE’S WHERE IT GETS EVEN MORE INTERESTING… Jam’s posts could potentially give Durk’s defense another avenue to argue that Jam has bias or animosity toward Durk. One of the messages reportedly included: “Fuck Durk.” Cohen believes statements like that could potentially reinforce an argument that Jam has a personal motive or bias against Durk. And there’s another issue… During cross-examination, Jam reportedly denied making certain negative statements about Durk. But if his recent Instagram posts contradict that testimony, the defense could potentially use that inconsistency to attack his credibility. 🧠 THE TIMING IS WHAT MAKES THIS EVEN CRAZIER The prosecution has rested. The defense has rested. Closing arguments are coming. And now a key government cooperating witness is allegedly making public statements about the case from behind bars. Cohen explained that this creates a difficult situation for the government and potentially the judge as well. Could the defense ask to reopen its case? Could Jam potentially be brought back to the stand? Could the defense seek a mistrial? Cohen said those are possibilities that could be raised, although he does not expect the judge to simply grant a mistrial. Instead, the judge could potentially look for ways to address the issue without derailing the entire trial. 🚨 AND HERE’S THE BIGGER PICTURE: According to Cohen, this could ultimately become another issue for the defense to raise regarding Jam’s credibility, bias, the terms of his cooperation, and potential appellate issues. As Cohen put it, this is basically another layer of problems the government now has to deal with. And all of this happened right before closing arguments. 👀 THIS TRIAL JUST GOT EVEN MORE INTERESTING.

🚨 PROSECUTION USES QUANDO RONDO’S “END OF STORY” TO TRY TO ESTABLISH MOTIVE FOR OTF’S ALLEGED REVENGE Today in court, the prosecution played Quando Rondo’s “End of Story” for the jury but they weren’t just playing the song for context. They appeared to be using the song, its cover art and the circumstances surrounding its release to help establish a motive for OTF to allegedly want revenge after King Von’s death. 🔹 THE COVER ART: Prosecutors pointed out that Lil Tim appeared to be wearing an outfit similar to what he was wearing the night King Von was killed. 🔹 THE TITLE: They also explained that “End of Story” was a play on King Von’s “Crazy Story” series. 🔹 THE PROSECUTION’S THEORY: The government presented this as evidence that Quando Rondo and Lil Tim were allegedly trolling or taunting King Von and his affiliates after the shooting. And that becomes important to the prosecution’s larger argument: 👉 They were trying to show the jury that after King Von’s death, there was anger and a desire for retaliation within OTF, which they say ultimately provides context for the alleged motive behind the conspiracy. So the song wasn’t presented as simply a piece of music. The prosecution was using it to try help connect the dots between King Von’s death, the alleged disrespect that followed, and what they claim became a motive for revenge.

🚨👀 VONNIE TAKES THE STAND — TESTIFIES ABOUT DURK, KING VON & THE ALLEGED PLOT TO KILL QUANDO RONDO The government called Vonnie to the stand and immediately began questioning him about who was allegedly involved in the orchestration of the attempted killing of Quando Rondo. 🔴 WHO WAS INVOLVED? Prosecutors asked Vonnie who in the courtroom was involved in the alleged orchestration. Vonnie identified: • Durk • Dede • Brown Eyes Prosecutors then asked if Lil Pab was the intended target. Vonnie said NO — the alleged target was Quando Rondo. When asked why they were allegedly trying to kill Quando, Vonnie testified: 👉 “Durk told us to.” 🔴 VONNIE’S ROLE WITH DURK Vonnie testified that he worked with Durk beginning around 2021. He described his role as: • Driving Durk when needed • Acting as his assistant • Handling various tasks Durk asked him to do Prosecutors asked whether Vonnie had the authority to give orders to OTF members. He said NO. They then asked whether OTF members would travel to Los Angeles to commit a murder at Vonnie’s direction. After an objection, the question was repeated. Vonnie again said NO. Prosecutors asked: 👉 “Who had that power?” Vonnie testified: 👉 “Durk.” 🔴 EXHIBIT 461 — OTF & THE PRIVATE JET The government displayed Exhibit 461, a photograph showing several members of the group near a private jet. Vonnie identified multiple people in the picture, including: • Durk • Big Bo • Buka • Doodie Lo • Duty’s brother • Others Vonnie testified that the photograph was taken in 2021. 🔴 VONNIE & KING VON’S FAMILY CONNECTION Vonnie told prosecutors that he grew up on the South Side of Chicago before eventually moving to Atlanta. When he returned to Chicago, he said he would stay with his grandmother. Prosecutors asked if he knew King Von. Vonnie said yes — explaining that they grew up together and believed they were cousins because their fathers were like brothers. He testified that both of their fathers were involved with the Black Disciples. Vonnie said he remained close with Von until around 2005, when Von’s father was killed. He said Von stopped coming around the family as much afterward. 🔴 HOW VONNIE & KING VON RECONNECTED Vonnie testified that he eventually saw a video of King Von being released and recognized him. He reached out, and the two reconnected around 2018. Vonnie said King Von eventually moved into his Atlanta home. He testified: 👉 “We lived together.” According to Vonnie, they became extremely close and saw each other essentially every day. The government then showed a photograph of Durk, King Von and Vonnie inside Icebox Jewelry. 🔴 KING VON & DURK’S RELATIONSHIP Vonnie testified that Durk trusted King Von and kept him around frequently. He said Von began getting serious about music around 2018. Prosecutors asked whether he considered King Von an OTF member/rapper. Vonnie said yes. The government then displayed another photograph of King Von. Prosecutors asked whether Von remained a member of the Black Disciples while affiliated with OTF. Vonnie testified that he did, saying he had seen Von perform the gang’s handshake. 🔴 VONNIE TESTIFIES ABOUT STOLEN VEHICLES The government also questioned Vonnie about his alleged experience obtaining stolen vehicles. Vonnie testified that he worked with dealerships and used various methods to obtain vehicles, including allegedly using stolen identities and taking vehicles from gas stations. He explained the terms: 👉 “Slider” 👉 “Hot car” According to his testimony, a hot car was a stolen vehicle that would be difficult to trace back to him.

💭 PART OF ME FEELS LIKE DURK’S TEAM SHOULD’VE TRIED TO USE THESE 2 CLIPS AS EVIDENCE 👀 The argument could’ve been that Durk was actively trying to discourage people around him from retaliating and was attempting to move away from the revenge mindset. In the Club Shay Shay interview, Wallo literally says Durk had him come speak to people around him, hoping he could inspire them to change when him and Gillie did The Million Dollaz Worth of Game Episode With Him. 📅 The Timeline Is Important: • March 10, 2022 — The Million Dollaz Worth of Game interview was released. • August 19, 2022 — The alleged Lul Pab shooting occurred. That’s roughly 5 months between the interview and the shooting. 🤔 MY QUESTION: Could the defense have used those clips to argue that Durk had already started changing his mindset and was encouraging the people around him to do the same before the shooting happened? Obviously, the prosecution could argue the clips don’t prove what Durk intended months later. But as a defense argument, I think it could’ve been worth exploring. 👀

🚨👀 KEITH JONES TAKES THE STAND — TESTIFIES ABOUT ALLEGED $1 MILLION HIT ON QUANDO RONDO Keith Jones took the stand and told the courtroom that he is currently in federal custody after pleading guilty to charges involving murder-for-hire and stalking resulting in murder. The prosecution then began walking Jones through photos and exhibits connected to the alleged shooting. 📸 THE GAS STATION SHOOTING Prosecutors showed a photo from the shooting at the gas station and asked Jones to identify the people pictured. • Jones identified himself as one of the shooters. • He said he did not know the name of the person who was killed. • When asked who the intended target was, Jones identified Quando Rondo. Another photo was shown of the group walking toward the gas station through an alley. Jones was asked to explain what was happening in the image. Prosecutors then showed an image from In-N-Out, and Jones confirmed that was where they went after the shooting. ⏱️ 20–30 MINUTES AFTER THE SHOOTING Jones testified that it took approximately 20–30 minutes to get to In-N-Out after the shooting. When prosecutors asked whether he could identify anyone who participated in the killing of Lil Pab, Jones said yes. He identified: • Brown Eyes • Dede • Himself Jones also identified the clothing worn by the people in the photographs, including Dede’s blue outfit. The defense objected, arguing that prosecutors were leading the witness. 🚨 WHAT DID JONES SAY ABOUT DURK? Prosecutors asked Jones if he knew Durk. Jones said yes. When asked whether Durk was involved in the murder of Lil Pab, Jones testified: “He wasn’t there with us, but he was a part of it.” 🏙️ CHICAGO / GANG AFFILIATIONS Jones testified that he is from Chicago’s South Side. He said: • Dede is from Taytown. • Jones identified himself as a Black Disciple. • He identified Dede as a Black Disciple. • He said Brown Eyes was not a BD, but a Vice Lord. • Tony C was also identified as a Vice Lord. • Jones said he knew about OTF but was not a member. 📱 THE FACETIME CALL Jones testified that he became involved after receiving a FaceTime call involving Dede, Brown Eyes and Tony C. He explained to the jury how the FaceTime call worked and said that during the conversation they discussed a location connected to “Dude,” whom Jones identified as Quando Rondo. Jones testified that they were told: “Bro was offering a million for us.” Prosecutors asked Jones if he understood who “Bro” was. Jones said he believed it was Durk, explaining that he considered Durk the person who had the money and said he had heard him referred to as “Bro” before. 💰 THE ALLEGED $1 MILLION Jones testified that he believed there was $1 million being offered to go after and kill Quando Rondo. When prosecutors asked why he believed the offer was real, Jones referenced seeing Durk with a large amount of money during a Million Dollars Worth of Game interview. The prosecution then displayed an exhibit from that interview. Jones testified that he was actually present when it was filmed in Taytown. He said he was positioned on the left side of the image and claimed he could hear what was being discussed because he was there. The judge later instructed the jury that statements concerning the Million Dollars Worth of Game exhibit were not admissible as to Brown Eyes. ✈️ WHY DID JONES GO TO CALIFORNIA? Prosecutors asked Jones whether he would have traveled to California if he believed the trip was going to be for free. Jones said no. He testified that he went because he believed he was going to get paid and said he was thinking about what he could do with the money. Jones said he sent his information to Dede.

🚨 LIL DURK TRIAL: ARE THE FEDS TRYING HARD TO LINK DOODIE LO TO THE ALLEGED PLOT? 👀 OVERFLOW COURTROOM CLOSED AS SUPPORTER REVEALS WHAT HE HEARD ABOUT JAM’S TESTIMONY 👀⚖️ One thing that really stands out from OTF Jam’s testimony is how much the prosecution keeps bringing Doodie Lo into the timeline. According to Jam’s testimony, the alleged chain goes something like this: 🔹 Jam was contacted about getting on a flight to California. 🔹 The prosecution brought up Doodie Lo allegedly being in communication with the confidential dispensary witness. 🔹 Jam testified that Doodie Lo allegedly received information that Juan Dorado was coming to the dispensary to purchase marijuana. 🔹 Jam said that information was allegedly passed along, leading to people knowing where Juan would be. 🔹 Jam also testified that Doodie Lo allegedly contacted the person responsible for arranging Durk’s flights. 🔹 Jam was then allegedly told to get on a flight immediately and head to San Diego. 🔹 Once in California, Jam said the group linked up, got a Sprinter van and eventually received information about Juan’s whereabouts. 🔴 AND THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING… The prosecution isn’t just mentioning Doodie Lo once. His name keeps coming up in the alleged communication chain surrounding how Jam ended up in California and how information about Juan’s location was allegedly passed around. That could be significant because the government is trying to establish who knew what, who communicated with whom and how the alleged operation came together. ⚠️ BUT HERE’S THE OTHER SIDE: Durk’s defense has previously argued that OTF Vonni, not Durk, was the person who organized the alleged hit. Reports on the opening statements say the defense specifically pointed to Vonni and argued there was no evidence showing Durk paid for the shooting. (Real 98.3) So now we’re watching two very different narratives develop: 🟥 PROSECUTION: Trying to connect Durk to the alleged chain of events through his associates and communications. 🟦 DEFENSE: Pointing toward other OTF members as the alleged organizers and arguing there isn’t sufficient evidence that Durk ordered or paid for the shooting. 👀 And with Jam repeatedly bringing Doodie Lo into the timeline, the big question becomes: WHY IS THE GOVERNMENT SO FOCUSED ON ESTABLISHING DOODIE LO’S ROLE IN THIS CHAIN OF EVENTS? Doodie Lo has not been charged in this case, and allegations/testimony presented in court are not proof of guilt. ⚖️ DAY 5 IS GETTING VERY INTERESTING.
