👀🤦🏾♂️ Looks Like King Kunta, the so-called “West Coast Uniter” Kendrick Lamar got his First Lady of pgLang, Imani Selina, who is a Suriname-born and Amsterdam-raised singer/songwriter. 🧐 So Mr. West Coast himself overlooked all the Black women talent on the West Coast and America and went all the way to Amsterdam to find a mixed queen? Interesting. 🤔 📍What’s even crazier is it seems Kendrick is still copying Drake’s playbook. Drake has Naomi Sharon, who also comes from a Dutch territory background, and now Kendrick’s main female artist is from Amersterdam in the Netherlands. Of all the places in the world he went to Dutch connected country like Drake to find their female artist. The parallels are hard to ignore. 💿 On Imani Selina’s album Paper Cut, which dropped today, you can clearly hear what sounds like Kendrick attempting to sing background vocals on the song “Come Together.” 🎤 For those who don’t know, Imani is best known in the hip hop space for her vocal and songwriting contributions to “I Feel Something,” one of the records that was suppose to be on Kendrick Lamar’s Mr Morale associated with the pgLang camp. 🤔 So let me get this straight… The man who built an entire movement recently around West Coast unity couldn’t find one talented Black woman singer from Compton, Los Angeles, Oakland, Long Beach, Sacramento, San Diego, Seattle, Portland, Vegas, Phoenix, or anywhere else on the West Coast? Instead, he flew past all that talent and landed in Amsterdam. 😭 But Drake is the culture vulture though, right 🤦🏾♂️

👀🧐 Drake Wasn’t Lying On “Whisper My Name” When He Said: 🗣️ “These boys dress up and think that they somebody, shit is like Comic-Con.” The line hits a little different when you look at some of the things we’ve been seeing lately. 😂 Jay-Z really sat in a beautician chair for hella hours and popped out looking like the legend actor Stan Shaw At this point, the internet has turned into a full-time detective agency trying to figure out what everybody’s angle is. 🤔 And that’s what makes Drake’s other comments so interesting. Because if there really are secrets that Drake knows behind the scenes, as he’s hinted at in multiple records, then some of these recent moves have people wondering who’s feeling the pressure and who’s trying to reinvent themselves in real time. 👀 Maybe it’s just a new look. 👀 Maybe it’s artistic expression. 😅 Or maybe Drake wasn’t joking when he compared some of these industry characters to Comic-Con participants showing up in costume. Either way, social media is definitely going to have jokes for the foreseeable future. “Them secrets Drake said he knows must really have people stressed.”

🧊 Drake’s “Ice Box” installation how long would it last at around 41°F (5°C)? That massive structure, like Drake’s “Ice Box” installation in Toronto, wouldn’t melt quickly in cooler temps. At 41°F (5°C), the process slows way down. ❄️ Why it melts so slowly •🧊 Thermal mass: Hundreds of ice blocks = huge “cold reserve” •🧱 Low surface exposure: Big structures melt slower than small pieces •🌬️ Self-cooling effect: Melting outer layers chill the surrounding air, creating a mini “refrigerated zone” ⏳ Estimated melting timeline •✨ Fine details fade: 4–6 hours (edges soften, lose sharpness) •🏗️ Structure weakens/collapses: 2–4 days •💧 Fully melted: 7–14 days 📉 Melt rate at this temp •Around 0.5 inches per day for dense ice •Much slower compared to extreme heat conditions ⚠️ What can speed it up •☀️ Direct sunlight → heats ice internally •🌬️ Wind → constantly replaces cold air with warmer air •🌧️ Rain → erodes and breaks down structure quickly 📌 Bottom line: At 41°F, a massive ice installation like Drake’s won’t disappear anytime soon expect visible changes within hours, collapse in a few days, and full melt over 1–2 weeks depending on conditions.

🚨 Dj Akademiks reacts to Drake seemingly taking shots at multiple people on “Make Them Pay” 👀😬 Ak says Drake was talking CRAZY on this record appearing to call out: 📞 J. Cole for not returning his call 👟 Pusha T with more subliminals 🧢 Pharrell over the Virginia chains line 🎧 DJ Khaled for staying quiet during the beef One of the biggest lines Ak pointed out was: “Unless some memories of the past affect your decision… I love you ‘cause of the history, but if we bein real, I could never forgive ya. And you never called me back, but destiny’s written.” Akademiks believes Drake was clearly addressing someone he once had real respect and history with 👀 Then Drake doubled down with: 🗣️ “Fuck a big three anyway, there was too many chefs in the kitchen.” 🗣️ “Hundred million streams vanished, no one got questions for niggas.” 🗣️ “I got all the chains they ever wrapped in Virginia.” 🗣️ “Khaled, you know what I mean…” Ak also reacted to Drake saying: 💀 “Maybe I’m best as the villain.” 🧾 “Everything that’s said to me will forever be stored in my memory.” 🔓 “I’m better off independent… I just wanna be free.” As You Can See Akademiks Is Lit on stream saying Drake sounded completely unfiltered and fully in attack mode 🥶

🚨 DJ Akademiks breaks down what it was really like hanging with Drake from private jets to conversations and a surprise chain gift. Akademiks says Drake flew him out to Toronto on a private jet and booked 10 rooms at the Four Seasons like it was nothing 😭 🗣️ “Drake told me, ‘Yo Ak, I’m gonna send you a bird.’ I’m thinking he talking about American Airlines or something… whole time he meant a private jet.” 😂 Ak says the experience showed him the different level Drake lives on daily, joking: 💀 “Drake probably be like, ‘Yo this broke-ass nigga Ak.’” The biggest moment came when Drake surprised Akademiks with a chain gift. Ak admitted he thought Drake was trolling at first because of how funny Drake acts in person. 😅 “I thought he was pranking me. I didn’t even react crazy at first because I thought he was gonna say, ‘Nah nigga, that’s my chain!’” Instead, Ak gave Drake an emotional 10-minute speech thanking him and reflecting on their relationship over the years. 🎤 Akademiks revealed one of their earliest conversations was about the unique dynamic between them as the biggest rapper and one of the biggest media personalities in hip hop. According to Ak, Drake respected that he could criticize him honestly without it coming from hate. 🗣️ Drake allegedly told him: “When you criticize me and I know it’s genuine, it challenges me.” Akademiks compared their relationship to LeBron James and Skip Bayless competitive at times, but still built on mutual respect. 🏆 “I’m the top media guy, he’s the top rapper. There’s no number twos.” Ak also shared a deeper moment where Drake once told him that the real payoff would come years later when both of them are older and retired, sitting together reflecting on everything they went through during their careers. 🥃 Drake allegedly told Ak: “One day we’ll sit down, have a drink, and laugh about all this.” Akademiks says the conversation stuck with him because Drake understood they were never supposed to just be “yes men” around each other criticism and pressure were part of what made the relationship real. 👀 Ak ended by debating whether he should release the emotional footage and full speech to the public or keep it private because he knows the internet will clown him for being too since

Ayo… this new Diddy documentary on Netflix is WILD 😳 The amount of evil allegations being thrown Diddy’s way is insane. One dude in the doc even claims Diddy acted like he was going to cover Biggie’s funeral costs… then saw the price and charged it back to Biggie, making Biggie “pay” for his own funeral. 👀 This documentary is crazy.

👀 Drake Called Buddy “Baby Boy” Like He Tyrese 😭🎬 🚨That line might actually be layered deeper than people think… 📌 The movie Baby Boy was originally written for Tupac Shakur before he passed away. Director John Singleton has talked multiple times about how Tyrese Gibson ended up filling Pac’s role in the film after Pac was killed. 📌 So when Drake says “Baby Boy” 👀… it could be another layered shot implying somebody is trying to fill Pac’s shoes instead of actually being Pac. 📌 And people already been saying Kendrick Lamar be trying to move like he’s Pac re-incarcerated Then Drake follows it up with: “If I’m lying economy give a mf seat if I’m lying I’m flying economy You know how I fly ’cause I land at the beach, when you land, you can see me”…” ✈️ 📌 To me, that part sounds LA-coded 🌊🌴 📌 When planes land or take off around LA, you can usually see the coastline/beach clearly 👀🏖️ 📌 Also Since Drake Plane Is Big He Has To Park It At LAX The Same Place If You Fly Economy Have To Land 😅 📌 Which could be subtle shots toward Kendrick and maybe even Jay-Z since both are known for living near coastal areas 🌊🏠 Then THIS part stood out the most: “You whisper my name ‘cause the weight that it carry, you can’t even speak…” 📌 That feels like Drake directly rebuttaling Kendrick whispering “Say Drake…” on “Not Like Us” 😭🎯 📌 Could ALSO be aimed at Jay-Z too because people noticed in recent interviews he’s been lowkey avoiding directly saying Drake’s name out loud 👀 📌 One thing about Drake… dude LOVES stacking double meanings, movie references, subliminals, and layered shots all in the same verse

🚨 Bay Area rap legend Mistah F.A.B. stood 10 toes down defending Drake’s use of writers during an appearance on the “Don’t Quote Me” podcast 👀 F.A.B. pushed back against the idea that having writers automatically discredits an artist, pointing out that some of hip-hop’s biggest legends have collaborated creatively behind the scenes. 🗣️He even claimed that a respected Bay Area artist wrote one of Tupac’s early records and revealed that he’s personally written songs for Snoop Dogg himself. 💯F.A.B. also called out what he sees as “selective politics” in hip-hop, saying fans pick and choose when writing assistance matters depending on the artist involved. 🗣️He argued that if an artist has already proven they can write countless records on their own, getting help on certain songs shouldn’t erase their talent or impact. 🗣️“One song, one hook, or a few lines doesn’t take away from everything an artist already proved they can do.” 💯F.A.B. went on to compare Drake’s overall artistry and global impact to Michael Jackson, saying people focus too heavily on the ghostwriting conversation while ignoring Drake’s full body of work and influence on music culture.

🚨 DJ Akademiks reveals Drake gave him insight on why he decided to drop 3 albums and what separates him from the rest of the rap game. 👀🦉 Akademiks says Drake never originally told him the full plan involved three different projects, but during a recent conversation, Drake finally explained part of the mindset behind it. 🗣️ According to Ak, Drake told him: “This is why I’m different from these guys.” Ak says Drake’s mentality is centered around consistency, longevity, and staying active while other artists disappear or spend months upset over criticism and internet narratives. 🔥 “Months later, while these guys are screwing up their face…” Drake allegedly explained that instead of sitting around dwelling on negativity, he keeps creating, recording, and dropping music. Akademiks hinted that Drake views his nonstop output and work ethic as one of the biggest reasons he stays ahead of the competition year after year. 🎵 Ak also teased that there’s even more behind the scenes context about Drake’s recent releases and creative process that he hasn’t fully revealed yet. 👀 Fans in the chat immediately began speculating that Drake’s strategy is about overwhelming the game with consistency while other artists struggle to maintain momentum

🚨 Dj Akademiks reacts to Dame Dash’s explosive interview with Jason Lee, where Dame revisited his complicated history with Jay-Z, relationships, betrayal, media politics, and industry power plays. Ak admitted he’s usually “over” Dame constantly speaking on Jay-Z, but said this interview felt different because Dame allegedly revealed new details and perspectives people haven’t heard before. 👀 One of the biggest moments centered around longtime rumors involving Dame Dash’s ex-wife Rachel Roy, who was once heavily rumored to be “Becky with the Good Hair” from Beyoncé’s famous Lemonade lyrics. Ak broke down the history, pointing out how rumors have followed Dame and Jay for years about allegedly competing over women dating all the way back to Aaliyah. 🗣️ During the interview, Dame denied believing Jay-Z had relations with Rachel Roy, but also admitted that if it did happen, it would be “disrespectful.” Dame said: 🗣️“If it did, it would be like, damn, they want everything I got or had.” Ak reacted by saying Dame was basically implying that Jay always wanted what he had. 😳 Akademiks also revisited the infamous elevator incident involving Solange and Jay-Z, referencing long running internet theories that the altercation may have involved rumors surrounding Rachel Roy. 🎤 The interview later shifted toward media personalities and corporate influence, where Dame Dash directly called out Charlamagne Tha God. Dame accused Charlamagne of allegedly being a “mouthpiece” for corporate interests and suggested he says what larger companies want him to say. 🗣️ Dame also questioned why Charlamagne still maintains a major media platform despite past allegations and controversies tied to his name, arguing that selective outrage exists in the industry. He further claimed media companies use personalities as the “face” to collect Black culture and audience data while larger corporations control the business behind the scenes. 👀 Ak seemed fascinated by Dame’s perspective on media manipulation, algorithms, and corporate influence, saying Dame speaks like a “historical encyclopedia of the culture” when it comes to understanding how power moves behind the scenes. 😬 The interview also turned personal when Dame spoke on Cam’ron, calling him one of his “biggest disappointments” and accusing him of betrayal despite helping put Dipset in position early in their careers. Ak reacted throughout the stream saying the interview felt more raw and unfiltered than Dame’s usual appearances and hinted there were still more controversial moments involving Aaliyah, Jay-Z, and industry politics left to unpack 👀
