Gunnar Henderson - Cage Work - High School, 2nd round pick (AL) - I love showing HS clips of MLB hitters for PERSPECTIVE to current HS or College hitters - Many times the elite qualities are there but it's not polished, 'perfect' yet like it is when they're in MLB

Pulling off the ball is the #1 issue hitters struggle with. (they would agree) To fix it, you don't need to try harder or swing slower. Schwarber proves that. He hits the longest home runs without coming off the ball. How to correct it: Shoulder in, chin and face in on the ball and swing the bat over your front shoulder. Then hold the finish (Arraez swing and finish drill he did in the video) It's worked WONDERS for hitters I've used it with when they need it.

Hitters: Feeling long? Here's Tony Gwynn's fix: "Don't swing your body. Swing the knob." Why: - Less shoulders, more hands - Swing the bat, not your body - Quieter eyes, louder results Swing the knob. Use your hands. You'll be quicker and in control. (Video 1 of 3)

Bryce Harper’s Dad was ALL about CONFIDENCE 🧠📈 “He would go buy the best baseballs in the store” (Didn’t have much money but thought it was worth it) “I wanted to instill the confidence that you could hit it out of any park you were at” Building EVIDENCE THAT HE COULD 📈🚀

Let’s break down one of the best hitters in the country and steal what works. Brenden Lawson had one of the most impressive bats I saw all year. #2 in OPS in the whole SEC. What stood out the most? And what can your hitters actually take from it? Drop it below. 📝👇🏼
