$BTC below 200W EMA has been the long-term accumulation zone. So far, Bitcoin is following the 4-year cycle, so it's logical to expect a bottom in Q4. But just like ETF approval pushed BTC to a new ATH before halving (which never happened before), Clarity Act approval may also change the dynamics.

This is how I expect $BTC to play out in the coming months. The structure looks very similar to the 2022 cycle, and there maybe one final dump before the bottom.
