The Walker Kessler criticism is a perfect example of people confusing contract talk with basketball evaluation. I’ve seen a lot of clueless takes from guys who are supposed to be basketball experts they call themselves “writers & analysts”.. accounts like Damien Peters Nathan Grubel Sam Quinn These are the people who are driving NBA discourse and writing the narratives, which then the casual fans use source of truth. Can you question the money/assets? Sure. That’s fair. But when people start naming 10–15 centers they’d rather have and acting like Kessler is just some overpaid big body, that’s where I have to ask, are we watching the same player? Because on film, Kessler is a legitimate defensive anchor. He has strong post defense, absorbs contact well, keeps his chest square, and contests with verticality instead of constantly reaching. He plays with his hands high, makes himself huge at the rim, and has great timing as a shot blocker. What stands out most is his defensive IQ. He reads pick-and-roll actions well, moves his feet better than people give him credit for, and can stay attached long enough against smaller forwards/guards to recover back into the play. He tracks the ball, doesn’t quit on possessions, and gives you real chase-down/rim protection value. And in the clip, some of the same players people are listing over him are the ones he’s meeting at the rim. KAT Wemby Zubac Jokic Embiid Jarrett Allen Sabonis Naz Reid Offensively, he is not just standing in the dunker spot doing nothing. He runs the floor, fills the correct lanes, creates easy transition buckets, understands high P&R spacing, has good touch around the basket, great footwork in the post, has a strong drop step, creates contact in the post creating space for easy points, crashes the offensive glass, and has shown enough shooting touch to at least make defenses think. He’s not perfect. He still has areas to grow. But pretending he can’t play, or that he’s just another replaceable center, is lazy analysis. The Lakers didn’t just pay for what he is today. They paid for a 24-year-old defensive anchor with size, mobility, rim protection, rebounding, effort, and upside next to Luka. He is the exact type of player Lakers need. Luka is going to help elevate his game even more. Kessler will be an All Star within the next season or two!

Wonder why he won’t show real defenders ( Kawhi Leonard ) guarding Lebron? 🤔 🤡

Matched with Splash and recorded it on my Meta glasses. I’ll send $1,000 to the first person who can point out any Zen or cheating device in this video. Splash and his chat keep accusing me without evidence, so here’s actual evidence from my side. I lost a close game—credit to him, he closed it out—but that’s not the point. The point is simple: I do not use a Zen. 🖕🖕🖕 Splash and his entire chat !! Bunch of clowns! Allergies killing me, so excuse the voice In advance.

Amar’e Stoudemire said LeBron was probably harder to play against because of his explosiveness… But Kobe was harder to guard because there was no weakness. That’s the difference. With LeBron, the game plan was: back off, make him shoot, live with it. With Kobe? You couldn’t back off. You couldn’t force him left/right. You couldn’t bait the turnaround. You couldn’t take away one thing and survive. Everything you wanted him to do, he already mastered. That’s why defenders talk about Kobe differently. Kobe didn’t just beat the game plan, he erased it.

One thing I’ve always admired about Kobe, after losing in 2008, he didn’t make excuses and he didn’t look for a shortcut. Celtics had 4 All Stars. Kobe could have forced the front office to add more All Stars, or run to south beach and create a super team. He didn’t, he knew what he had was enough and knew what it will take to win. Instead he said “Let’s run it back” Ariza isn’t just the only one. The biggest impact Kobe had was on Pau. Kobe toughened up Pau, showed him what it takes to win. It’s not just “Kobe Stans” who say this, the stars say it too. Just listen to Paul Pierce, he will tell you the same. Without Kobe, Pau would be just another skilled Big! And this is no disrespect towards Pau. He will tell you himself! He truly had the blueprint. He believed the work was the answer. He trained harder, challenged his teammates, and prepared them off the court just as much as on it. That’s real leadership. Not always nice, not always soft, but honest, demanding, and built to win. Kobe understood he couldn’t win alone, so he made sure the guys next to him were ready when it mattered. That’s Mamba Mentality. Discipline. Accountability. No excuses. Raise the standard. Be better today than you were yesterday. Again, KOBE STANS WOULDN’T BE KOBE STANS, IF KOBE WASN’T WHO KOBE WAS. We witnessed something special, and non of you can change that. Your fault for missing out.

He said “this guy is a straight cheater, he has a Zen you know he’s going to green everything […] Like it is so hard to defend a zen in this game” You can see my controller. Directly connected to the PS5… I even show you all the other connection to the PS5.. SHOW ME THE ZEN carlo! SHOW IT TO ME, instead of running your mouth. Instead of crying and accusing me of cheating, get better. Im one of the best shooters on this game. I don’t cheat, I’ve proven it time after time. And shut you all up one by one. Here is Yasmin Vossoughian Reports talking to someone inside Iran. This is journalism, not what CNN is doing by sending Frederik Pleitgen to Iran as journalist who is controlled by the regime and only reports regime propaganda narratives. Also, this is for the “Pahlavi has no support in Iran” & “no one knows who Pahlavi is in Iran” crowd. And for those who have been attacking the diaspora/Iranians inside Iran, calling them “vatan foroush” aka “one who sells out their own country” People need to stop pretending they speak for Iranians inside Iran while ignoring what many inside Iran are actually saying. Even in this clip, our brother inside Iran clearly says people support Reza Pahlavi and need someone like him. You do not have to “want war” to understand why many Iranians believe the regime cannot be defeated by bare hands against Basij, and the IRGC. No sane Iranian wants to see their homeland bombed, but the blame for where we are belongs first and foremost to the Islamic Republic, not to Iranians in the diaspora and not to Iranians inside Iran who believe outside help is necessary. We heard the same arguments during the June 2025 war, and I told y’all, if the regime survives more Iranians will be killed than you can imagine. Less than a year later, 32k+ Iranians were killed in the regime’s own crackdown as I called it. Compare that to the numbers during these two wars, which include high rate of IRGC & regime officials. So I genuinely want to understand the logic of attacking the very people who are standing with Iranians inside Iran. I personally have always echoed the voices of people inside Iran and what they tell me. If your position is always “I hate the regime, but…” and that “but” always ends with protecting the conditions that keep it alive, then what exactly are you offering the Iranian people besides more death and more time under this regime? So before you jump to attack, please just listen to what people are saying in Iran. I’m not attacking anyone, I’m just trying to have a fair dialogue, to get an understanding on where my misunderstanding might be. Long Live Iran 🇮🇷

We have Jalen Rose on record saying he purposely injured Kobe Bryant. “I didn’t want him to get injured, i just wanted him to get hurt” “Times were different, you gotta do what you gotta do to try to win the series, I was thinking he’d probably miss the entire series” Think about that! A 21 year old was so great that he put fear into the opposing team. They felt they could win if they took Kobe out the series. Laker trainer said, his ankle was almost the size of a volleyball! And somehow Kobe managed to return game 5 and step up big in OT once Shaq fouled out. MythNix the fake data guy, somehow can’t grasp how an ankle injury like this can effect your gameplay, especially your averages. Why? He only looks at stat sheets. He probably didn’t even know Kobe got hurt 😂 Has never played basketball at a high level so there is no way he can understand it, no matter how much data he looks at. This is why no one takes these people seriously. They’re dishonest. In sports, data isn’t enough by itself. You have to watch the games and understand the context. When dealing with Data, it’s very easy to manipulate it to fit the story you want to tell. We call this confirmation Bias. MythNix is the CONFIRMATION BIAS KING👑 🎥 👇👇👇

When I say most of these so called “fans” didn’t actually watch the Lakers 3Peat run, this is what I mean. Dude is just repeating what he heard some other brain dead “fan” say on the internet. “Shaq carried Kobe” “Shaq opened up the lane for Kobe for easy buckets” “Kobe was dared to shoot” Show me the EVIDENCE!!

🚨 Let’s expose MythNix the FRAUD🚨 Claims Kobe was ball watching last 3 min. He only shares screenshots because it’s easier to manipulate. Here is every Lakers Game 7 defensive position in the last 5 min. Now you know why he’s scared to share actual film. He doesn’t understand the game outside of his stat sheets.

Don’t listen to me. Highest level of basketball I’ve played is HS Varsity. Hear it from Paul Pierce. The guy who played against both Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol. Without Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol would not be a HOF player. And that’s no disrespect towards Pau Gasol.

Kobe Bryant 🎥🧵 This is really for the haters, but I know LAKERS/Kobe fans will also enjoy. Grew up learning not to idolize celebrities.. Kobe is an exception, he is a living example, to be great you have to give it your all in anything you do. Mamba Mentality is code. RIP 🐐💜💛 #KobeBryant #Documentary

Myth Busters 🚨 Busting the myth that Shaq Carried Kobe Bryant. (Biggest lie in sports history) Let’s just run the tape back from 2000 NBA playoffs round 1 vs kings.. Kobe’s 99-00 NBA Playoffs Round 1 avg: 27.8 PPG 4.4 RPG 3.6 APG 1.2 SPG .6 BPG 49% FG Many claim, because of SHAQ Kobe Bryant got easy open lanes to score… this is far from the truth, and anyone who says this, I immediately know they lack basic basketball knowledge & never actually watched Kobe play. show me where Kobe got easy looks, if anything the kings sent 2-3 defenders towards Kobe every time he touched the ball. Notice, every time he touches the ball the defenses attention turns on him..Imagine, at the age of 21, a player puts that much fear in the opponent. In the first clip, notice his IQ, in the right spot screening the defender leading to an open 3 for Rice.. he did this throughout the series. All this at the age of 21. Even notice the commentator giving Kobe his flowers… AT THE AGE IF 21 they were calling him Jordan!!! Anyone who says Shaq carried Kobe, or Kobe isn’t top 5, is a true donkey. 🫏 If you need more proof, I’ll be more than happy to provide it. I got the tapes! Kobe haters! Show me the evidence #KobeBryant #MambaForever #MythBusters
