Alexis Joseph vs Landon DuPont will be a fun conversation for the 1st overall pick 2027 NHL Draft. It's very early and anything can happen, but Joseph is a 6'5 Center with 24G 36A 60P in 54GP in the Q at 16 years old. He has the size, the hands, Hockey IQ, shot to be an elite player in the NHL for a long time. He averages 3:15 min on the PP and 1:42 min on the PK, he is over 50% on his Faceoffs.

Caleb Malhotra is committed to BU next year 2026-27 "what me and my family thought would be the best for me. And I really want to go to college and experience that and play the highest level, closest to the NHL after junior, of course. So it was a pretty easy decision for me."

Matthew Schaefer is a special human being on and off the ice. He is so mature for his age. Nothing fazes him. This is exactly the type of person that should be the face of the NHL. He is both down to Earth and true to himself. At the combine “Just do your best. You may not be the best at something but I think the mental part is that you just got to go out there and do it”

Potential #1 Pick in the 2027 NHL Draft RHD Landon DuPont is so fun to watch. He is an incredible skater, has high hockey IQ, accurate wrist shot and a heavy slapshot that explosive off his stick. As a 15 Y/O he had 17G 43A 60P in 64GP for xyz - Everett Silvertips This year is his D-2 season, and he has 18G 53A 71P in 61GP

Are we too low on Viggo Bjorck? During his D-1 season he destroyed the J20 with 27G 47A 74P 42GP for content in Anton Frondells Draft year he had 7P in 10GP that year In the SHL Viggo had 6G 9A 15P in 42GP He plays bigger than his 5'10" frame. Tough to push off pucks and the IQ is off the chart I talked to Scott Wheeler before the season as well and he nailed Viggo this year. Scott came back on a few weeks ago so check that episode out if you want a loaded convo about the NHL Draft

Nazar Privalov is a 6'4 C/LW out of Russia that could find his way into the #1 pick conversation in 2027. He is skilled, has great hands, a shot that he is very deceptive, averages nearly 3 hits a game playing 17 min a night & 7 shots a game. Nazar has 30G 19A 49P in 51GP in the MHL

Carson Carels has had a great season in the WHL. The 6'2 LHD has 20G 53A 73P in 57GP Carels has the shot, hands, two-way ability, skating, averages 1.91 hits per game. Has won 60% of his puck battles this year Plays 25 min a night and 3 min each on both the penalty kill and power play. He is the full package! He showcases his speed, hands and offensive IQ here:
