Thanks to Cervidian's support, War of the Western Deep's director Alex Kain was able to leave his studio job to work on the game full-time! At a time when publishers are contracting, dev teams are getting slashed, and everyone's pushing AI, know that there are still folks out there interested in small-scale, classically made games!
