This man's out there doing a solid for an 80yr-old widow, mowing her overgrown yard for FREE because she can't afford the city's $300 fee or the fine they threatened her with. He's halfway done when cops roll up, lights on, and shut him down for "unauthorized maintenance" & "interfering with city business." Cuff him right in front of her crying on the porch, but let him go with a warning. Well now he's heading back to finish, even if it means arrest. Would you risk it to help your neighbor like this??
