This man's out there doing a solid for an 80yr-old widow, mowing her overgrown yard for FREE because she can't afford the city's $300 fee or the fine they threatened her with. He's halfway done when cops roll up, lights on, and shut him down for "unauthorized maintenance" & "interfering with city business."
