Yeah, I'm really disappointed that we're seeing this again. I actually thought Capcom were done with paid layered weapons after the backlash in Sunbreak; guess I was wrong. Always a shame to leave a sour taste in after an otherwise stellar presentation. #MHWilds #Gogmazios

DON'T SLEEP on the Shatterseal greatsword guys! It may not have as high raw, but it's good slots, baked in focus & HUGE sharpness (no -affin) means you can go all out on offensive skills. Pair it with Bayle & Lord Soul and it's actually an amazing alternative to Gogmazios! #MHWilds #MonsterHunterWilds

It's a real shame that people are "bored" or "not enjoying" Monster Hunter: Wilds. But why do you have to keep telling me the game is "mid" or "sh*t" and that you're surprised I don't view it the same way? I'm having fun completing ma rare pets, getting HR999, practicing me' weapons, helping others & prepping for TU1! I respect your views, but damn, lemme git gud at ma' new Monster Hunter; I've got so much still to do!

Share this with someone who's struggling with Omega! PSA for Omega Planetes: MAX your armour out! (Farm those armour spheres) Bring Thunder element! (Put your para weapons away!) BRING Dust of life! (If healer is down you can all heal!) BRING Max potions! (And the stuff to craft them!) STOP bringing potions to an endgame fight! (PLEASE!) Tanks focus head for enmity! (DPS on fore/rear legs!) Attack the antenna on Knockdown! (HUGE damage!) If you've got a shield bring guard up! (Especially tank!) Mount make weak-spot on head for shield! (Final area!) Focus strikes on head make a shield! (Do it when tank has enmity!) Breaking legs make slinger pod shields! (Put them under your tank when they gain enmity!) Bring a fire weapon for Nerscylla phase! (It helps alot!) Gogmazios might be the BEST fight in Wilds. I hunted for 24 hours straight and dealt with the massive copium of hunting for better Gogma-artians! LOVED IT! If TU4 is an indicator for G-rank then Wilds is gonna be the best MH of all time! #MonsterHunterWilds

We ended the week off with my latest idea: " The 'Twas Grand (Wilds) Tour!" We essentially turned Wilds into a Roguelike, where you start off with nothing but a hope weapon, and a whetstone. Each monster you defeat gives you a random piece of gear from them & Tempered versions give transcended loot! Each victory unlocks one more decoration AND a roll on the talisman table. You have to gather your items and fight your way up the gear ladder. When you're ready you face a 9 star tempered spawn of that area as the boss and move onto the next area, (in the natural progression of the story). Once you reach Wyveria you'll need good enough gear to beat 10 star Zoh Shia. If you fail one quest your run is OVER! Did I manage to succeed? Or did I fail Spectacularly? Well, I'm hopefully gonna get a YT video up at some point; so make sure to give it a watch and find out! Cheers to everyone who stopped by to support the challenge. I want to give it a go in multiplayer through the "link environment" feature. So, here's my take on the recent discovery in the ongoing Monster Hunter: Wilds PC performance fiasco. I needed to wait a bit before posting as more sources were able to confirm the initial posts. The main reason I wanted to make this post is because I've seen a lot of clowns recently saying that because the DLC checks only affected hub/camp performance that it "doesn't matter." Their inability to consider how these issues may be affecting other hunters is frankly quite loathsome. I've been one of the fortunate ones who had the "season pass" at launch, so the issues never struck me thankfully. But think of all those that didn't... It DOES matter. Being quite attuned to the qualms of this community myself, I've had hundreds of people stop by this past year asking: "how can I fix the game crashing when I enter the hub?" Many of my community and I were dumbfounded as to why this issues was persisting with a seemingly fresh flow of new players experiencing hub crashes. Even those who weren't crashing were getting sub 30 fps dips, sometimes in the single digits that made menu navigation and hunting prep a real challenge. It annoys me immensely as all of this could have been avoided simply by NOT implementing aggressive anti-piracy measures. It's funny to think that the ACTUAL pirates will have a smoother running gameplay experience than the legitimate customers because they don't have to deal with all the anti-tamper. Now I LOVE Monster Hunter: Wilds, but my love for it doesn't mean I'm delusional, and thus blindly support it regardless of it's faults. We in the community have a duty to OUR viewers, supporters & fans to inform them and call out the shitty monetization practices in the industry. We also have (I believe) a role to play in preventing events like this from occurring in the future by vocalizing our discontent with said issues. Now I have no doubt that Capcom will fix this problem. I have no doubt in my minds that the devs, designers, artists and creators involved in the making of Wilds played no part in this egregious F'up. But someone knew. Somebody in a suit made the decision to completely ruin Monster Hunter: Wilds on PC for potentially thousands of loyal customers. This aggressive approach to anti piracy needs to stop. Capcom, you're actively killing your games for many of your most loyal fans and I don't even think you realise it. As a Capcom creator, I implore you to take a look at what you're doing, and stop. Or I can see Monster Hunter going the way of many other beloved franchises: straight in the bin. Guys, stop blindly brushing off issues in Monster Hunter, just because it's our collective favourite. If you do, there won't BE a Monster Hunter worth defending. Enjoy the game, (as I have myself) but demand it to be better!
