Abigail Spanberger "CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer issued a mea culpa Monday after he falsely suggested U.S. troops abroad would be impacted by the Trump administration's crackdown on mail-in voting." ... ✅Blitzer's correction: "And finally, a quick note of clarification. On Friday, I interviewed the Democratic governor of Virginia, Abigail Spanberger. ... A comment I made suggested that U.S. military and overseas voters' ballots would be impacted by these directives. I want to be clear right now: Those ballots are exempt from the Postal Service's new rules implementing the president's March executive order." "Those groups are covered under the Uniformed and Overseas Absentee Voting Act, just to be specific on that point." ➡️Note from VNV: During the interview, Spanberger COULD have corrected him but did NOT. This is even worse because she was a "postal inspector" in a past job. ✅Instead, Spanberger told the audience: "That's true. It’s members of the military service, of our diplomatic service, intelligence services, people serving overseas in service to our country who get their ballots mailed to them at the various postings throughout the world. And so this is impacting … certainly those who are serving our country, particularly those overseas.” ➡️Note from VNV: She has no credibility. Democrats passed their first authorization on Halloween. So, did they truly give Virginians the prescribed time that's required so that voters could factor the map's one-party redrawing into their voting decisions for the House of Delegates -- which is the purpose of timing it BEFORE an election?

🚨TALL SHIPS IN VIRGINIA: Sail250America! The year 2026 marks the 250th anniversary of our nation’s founding in 1776 – The United States of America’s Semiquincentennial. For this milestone occasion, a fleet of the world’s most magnificent international tall ships and military ships, in an epic peacetime gathering, will sail into the port of Virginia as part of Sail250 America. In the tradition of the past five iconic OpSail events held in the Norfolk/Hampton Roads/Chesapeake Bay region since 1976, the fleet will once again bring extraordinary experiences and opportunities to every corner of our communities. Affiliate Harbors include Alexandria, Cape Charles, Chesapeake, Hampton, Onancock, Portsmouth, Richmond, Smithfield/Isle of Wight, and Yorktown. In addition to these harbors, Virginia Beach will host the international fleet of ships at the Lynnhaven anchorage prior to the parade of sail into downtown Norfolk. The ships will make their way up the country’s east coast in an epic peacetime gathering. Primary ports include New Orleans, Norfolk, Baltimore, New York, and Boston (and more).
