One thing I really like about the original Walking with series is how they don’t shy away from animal brutality. Whereas, a lot of modern documentaries shy away from it, if not give the main animals “plot armor”

Don’t let the films fool you. The original animated/game Mighty Eagle had insane aura. Not just a mere bird, but the harbinger of death to swine kind incarnate

I like how it is a running gag in “The Pirates! Band of Misfits”, where they inadvertently spark Darwin’s ideas on evolution 😭

For clarification only a few crocodilian species actually gallop as a means of locomotion. The most famous example being the Cuban crocodile. However, my personal favorite example of this is the freshwater crocodile (Crocodylus johnstoni)! Which gallop as a means of escape!
