Irfan Razack of Prestige: NCR Brokers wanted 50/100/500 apartments EACH in our launch - and wanted to flip. It was asking for trouble. Bangalore saw the same trend in 1990's & it created a bubble. Refused to sell to such brokers. It gets slower sales but stable cash-flows.
