Me, everyday, for 5min a day because I want elegant posture in a world filled with tech neck, rounded shoulders, and hunched backs. Sitting at a desk or looking at a screen for 2hrs+ a day is a recipe for impaired lymph flow, tight fascia, back pain, poor digestion, impaired circulation to the head, poor glymphatic drainage, forward head posture, rounded shoulders, etc. There must be measures put in place to combat this. A quick 5min Russian ballet inspired postural routine is my current favorite for building incredibly elegant posture and preserving bodily integrity for optimal lymph and blood flow. This is for both women *and* men btw. Try it out, it’s harder than it looks :)

Me, everyday, for 5min a day, for the rest of my life because I want stunning skin, reduced inflammation, enhanced immune health, youthful fascia, a sharp brain, improved energy levels, and enhanced detox pathways. This is the base lymphatic drainage routine I incorporate daily - I highly recommend everyone start here. I’ll share more tutorials, routines, and targeted approaches in future posts.

Some notes for the tutorial: - Use pain to pinpoint the locations that need the most work, and slowly release from there. Do not induce pain yourself. - This is not a muscle that will release overnight, consistently work on releasing it over time for best results.
