Some notes for the tutorial: - Use pain to pinpoint the locations that need the most work, and slowly release from there. Do not induce pain yourself. - This is not a muscle that will release overnight, consistently work on releasing it over time for best results.

Fascia release for hair growth: part 2 (Works for encouraging beautiful skin as well) Releasing the sternocleidomastoid (SCM), which is chronically tight in most people today, will encourage proper blood flow and lymph drainage by alleviating tension and restoring proper posture. There are clusters of lymph nodes near the SCM, making it extremely important to stretch and release for adequate lymph drainage from the brain, head, and thyroid. There are major arteries that also run near the SCM - chronic tightness can affect adequate blood blow to the thyroid, hair follicles, skin, and brain. If you have chronic headaches droopiness in the face, hair loss, brain fog, swollen lymph nodes in the neck, back pain, neck pain, forward head posture, TMJ, etc., this could be helpful for you. Tutorials below 👇🏼

Clearly doesn’t work, he’s bald.

There are a myriad of reasons someone could lose hair. Can’t believe I have to say that

Where’s his hair?

I've never done this. Talk about shocking trigger-sensations. 5 seconds, one spot, and two minutes later I'm still shaking from it. Clearly needs a lot of work, sooner rather than later. You're helping me so much with these posts!

Woah! Now you know your next mission in fascia release. Keep me updated, sounds like you’re in for a potentially life changing journey.

He’s bald

He was not joking about that lower trigger point! Whew!
