Cheating by Asian foreign students in the U.S. is at epidemic levels but it's a dirty secret our universities will not discuss publicly. "Best and brightest" - and systematic cheaters? "Meritocracy" - but they cheat like mad? Make it make sense. Americans do not operate this way. Any honest college prof in a school with large numbers of Asian students will tell you this is true.

Just in case you forgot: Trump wants to give every F1 Visa holding Foreign Student who graduates from an American college (even jr. college) a Green Card. Not a temp work visa - he wants to give them permanent residency which also means the ability to apply for citizenship. Facts: There are about 11 million 'Degreed Stem' Jobs in the U.S. Between foreign born citizens and foreign work visa holders, about 7.5 million of those jobs are already held by foreigners. There are about 4.2 million native born Americans working in these degreed STEM jobs today. We are already a minority in degreed STEM jobs. There are 12 million American citizens with STEM degrees not working in STEM. How many degreed STEM jobs does Trump think there are? Fyi, you'll often hear numbers for STEM jobs in the 30-35 million range. But that includes nurses, electricians, electronics technicans and many important but lower level jobs. When it comes engineers and scientists. there are only about 11 million jobs available. Why does Trump believe we can just flood in and endless supply of foreigners into the STEM workforce? With 1.2 million F1 visa holders here, the numbers just don't work. Note that he's speaking with the Tech Bros on this podcast. They fill his head with endless lies about shortages and skills gaps. But he never seems to ask: How did we build the entire tech world here in the U.S from the '50s through to the late '90s with mostly American engineers and scientists? There was never a shortage. Rather, what we did is crowd Americans out of universities and entry level jobs. Now the labor market for these jobs is filled with the foreign born. It makes me sick to my stomach listening to him prattle on like this.

👿👿 This made my blood boil!!! Trump said so many things that aren't true in this statement yesterday about America needing foreigners to train American workers, it's hard to know where to begin. But I'll try: 1. Phone manufacturing doesn't require high skilled labor. One can easily train the manual labor up required for this. But in the U.S., companies will likely use advanced manufacturing techniques that require 100x less manual labor. 2. America already has 41 semiconductor fabrication plants. Did you even know that? We make all kinds of chips already. Not necessarily that latest, cutting edge ones, but that's changing. 3. Semi fabs do not require large numbers of people to work in them like car factories. 4. Chip production is a specialty that American universities train people to do. Many American engineers have various aspects of chip making skills already. But chip making is an exception in that we may need some foreign labor to help in the short term. None of the other industries he mentions are anything like chip fabs. There is no need to generalize from the specific needs of chip makers to the rest of American workers. None. 5. The 'temporary' visas used to bring the 'thousands of foreign workers' into the country were changed into 'dual intent' visas in 2001. So every one of those workers will be seeking a Green Card and other visas to extend their stays and migrate here permanently. 6. The battery factory in Georgia was using ILLEGAL labor. We already have visa types for companies transfer needed staff to the U.S. Why didn't they use the L1 visa type that was available? And they weren't training American workers, they were doing all the work. They were also living 10 to a house poor living conditions. They also has other non-Korean illegal aliens working in the factory. What can we take from this? These foreign owned factories will be filled with foreign workers. Americans can drive Doordash and be the plumbers who fix their toilets...

USCIS finds MASSIVE fraud and abuse in the F-1 student visa and OPT work permit program - large percent of these are Indians!!! End OPT NOW! "OPT has become a magnet for fraud". "Ballooned into an uncontrolled guest-worker program with hundreds of thousands". 10,000 fraudulent visa holders found so far across just the top 25 OPT employers. Many of these employers are NGOs facilitating the fraud. Found many "phantom employees" who never even show up to the worksite. North Texas is a hive of this, where USCIS conducted 18 worksite inspections. They also structured these programs to avoid paying taxes. HR and payroll for these scammers are often run offshore in India. Phony employers engaged in "Pay to stay", sponsoring the foreign students OPT visas for non-existent jobs.

H-1B Visa News Alert: USCIS Changes Rules for H-1B submissions to eliminate multiple app loophole. TimesXP reports from the Indian POV: -Previously, many Indians submitted multiple visa applications via multiple companies resulting in the very high proportion of H-1B visas being awarded to Indians. The new rule prevents duplicate submissions for a single candidate. - Visa approvals are down significantly for Indians. The tone is telling. The sense of entitlement while acknowledging that the U.S. saw it as an unintended loophole signals a casual disrespect for American immigration laws.
