This part kinda confused me lol but I think I got the gist Basically Hody and his crew have some ancient grudge mentality inherited into them to kill humans, and actually had no real intent to help fishmen. They just used the whole drama around Otohime and Arlong's story as a means to stir shit up and go on a killing spree? Is that right basically? I'm curious if this is supposed to have much more implication to ancestors and gods being present in the overall story and all that (the ark is literally called Noah lol)... but I'm trying to understand if its a translation thing or should be taken more literally 😅
