One of the basic rules when engaging your lawyer in your first meeting its "Don't tell them lies" You have to place yourself in the crime scene. It's the only way your lawyer can assist you get out of the mess. Otherwise its going down for both of you when the story doesn't add up. Now you have a situation where your lawyer(s) might even be disbarred for misconduct/dishonesty because you lied about what actually took place. ⚖️ | Today Vusi "Cat" Matlala pleaded guilty on all the corruption and fraud charges leveled against him. Clearly, he had a lengthy difficult discussion with his lawyers on this move. 🇺🇸 | America's mass shootings spiked again in the past 3 days. On Friday a mass shooting incident took place in a Mall where people were shopping for "Black Friday" On Saturday; a man shot and killed children and injured many others during a birthday party event. America is the only country in the world with high incident of mass shootings. There doesn't seem to be a system to manage gun control and to understand why a random person would just decide to go and shoot people (issues of mental health).
