wild that LA had an opportunity during new apt construction to create very large pedestrian paths or linear park in Warner Center - imagine if this temp closed off roadway was turned into that instead of the real plan (same road/sidewalk width + dedicate 8 ft for landscaping :/)

LA said they were too broke to install a crosswalk here after resident requests (next to a popular park + new apartment), so Crosswalk Collective LA thankfully took the initiative. I bet the city will find the money to remove it tho like others before :/
