This is the silliest loophole in NYC. Every day, I see tons of people sitting in their cars for 90 minutes during the street cleaning times. If you sit in your car, you don't need to move it or get a ticket. At least not on the block near me. Plenty of people just collect tickets because it’s cheaper than garaging your car 😂 There must be a better solution.
