Lance Corporal Jimmy Kisembo was intercepted at a private house in Mpumude where he had gone to sell the stolen drugs. We also arrested Musoke Mayi, an enrolled nurse working as an in-charge of Makoole HC11 who had stolen 3000 doses of antimalarials and 12,500 malaria testing kits that she had moved to a private house for sale. I will address media this afternoon at 1pm at our offices on Buganda Road. I am disturbed by the management of Planet Water Park in Bunga over their treatment of this mother and her autistic daughter. Discriminating against neurodivergent children in this era is inexcusable. This barbarism against children MUST be resisted! This place is run by Eritreans who felt this girl was “unhealthy” to swim with their children. I have met this girl who is very well taken care of, not aggressive and swims very well which is part of her therapy!
