Yesterday evening, several goons were nabbed and maimed as they scaled the residence of former Nyamira Governor the late John Nyagarama. A mausoleum is being done by Nyagarama's children much to the dissatisfaction of the second wife, Naomi Ikonge, who relocated to the UK ama married one Enock Michieka Tumbo. A day before, Naomi's sister one Rose Obutu and brother Kiage Obutu were arrested in Ngong', Kajiado in connection to alleged intermeddling of the estate of the late Governor. Previously and in courts, the two families are embroiled in a bitter succession battle, involving Mrs Ikonge and the children of late Dorcas Sigara Nyagarama. There have been attempts to have the matter resolved through mediation but both teams are reluctant to give dialogue a room. Elders from Bonyamatuta clan have at some point been involved in vain. Relatives and friends warn that the matter could get out of control if immediate solutions are delayed. Photo's of Nyagarama's cloths were circulated on social media stashed in bags and boxes outside his Isinya home and the teams point accusing fingers towards each other. At 7pm yesterday, the first family of Mzee Nyagarama reported the matter to the police and investigations have commenced regarding the person who accessed the home and splashed Mzee's attires outside the house. Nyagarama was the first Governor of Nyamira who served from 2013-2020 on ODM.

I agree with Aden Duale. The Kikuyu numbers are EXAGGERATED. You remove Meru, Embu, Tharaka Nithi and diaspora counties of Nakuru and Laikipia — don't forget that almost half of Kiambu is diaspora, they can't hit 3 million votes. Just a FAKE narrative. You'll see how William Ruto will perform well.

Many Kenyans don't know that it is actually me who broke news about Dr. Fred Matiang'i's "arrest" in 2023. I received a call from his brother John Matiang'i, a close friend of mine now serving as a CECM in Nyamira. He was almost crying on phone. I made a tweet then Wahiga Mwaura, who was reading news on Citizen TV, called me (he first texted on X before we exchanged contacts). I linked him to John. This is when Raila Odinga rushed to Karen. Later on, we learnt that Rigathi Gachagua wanted Matiang'i in. He was revenging previous "persecution".
