The most important thing is that even in the before, I still felt like a gorgeous woman. The weightloss journey hasn’t been easy and there have been days when it felt like I could just give up but I remind myself why I started and why I’m doing it and then I keep going. I was feeling like there isn’t much visual difference compared to everyone else I’ve been seeing including people who lost even less than 25kg but then I saw that old video of me and I had to just compare. Our journeys and bodies are different and I do need to give myself grace. I can’t wait to hit my goal weight and body❤️

Instagram vs reality 😭😂 If you laugh, I will arrest you. Many people who go to feed the turtles at Salaam Cave, Kizimkazi only show the nice parts but never show you the reality. Those things are mini terrorists A lot of people struggled like I did and some eventually managed to get good videos and pictures. Please don't waste your money if you know you won't be able to do it without getting scared: I felt embarrassed y'all but luckily for me, there were alot of other people in the same shoes as me🌝🌝

Guys, the craziest thing just happend 🤣❤️ So I’m at this restaurant for my dinner. I heard they have good fresh seafood cos I asked around. I stoped by here and they were singing local Swahili songs when I came in. I don’t know anyone here. They don’t know my name or that today is my birthday but this guy started randomly performing Ada Ada as one of his songs. I was wowed 😂🥺🥹 This just feels like a hug from the universe mehn. Such timing! Tempted to go meet them and dance🤣

I thoroughly enjoyed it even though working out with an injured finger deeply hurt. But I felt BSS in all parts of my body. The glutes burn plus the way I was sweatingggggg??? I felt damn good. So this is what I’ve been missing? Walking lunges next 💪
