Something I've started doing lately is moving all of my styles to the root element. This keeps all of the styling in one place, and keeps the rest of my code super clean ✨ 😏

Spent the last 2.5 hours on my hands and knees smoothing out every connection in the interlocking rubber floor tiles in my gym with a tiny screwdriver. Even in the age of AI it’s still satisfying to do the brainless tedious work yourself sometimes.

The rest of us are out here A/B testing our checkout screens but this is what it looks like to try and purchase a Windows license and Microsoft is the second most valuable company in the world 🤡

🪄 Here's a quick demo of something I just used the new Notion Agent stuff for… Not performing miracles, just saving me a bunch of time doing tedious crap, and I love it.

Saw Sam Selikoff and Ryan Toronto launched a $149 lifetime pricing option for Build UI and immediately grabbed myself an account 💪 Super underrated pricing model for content businesses in my opinion — going to do a whole podcast episode on it soon.

Brought back the ability to copy colors from the Tailwind docs — regular click will copy the OKLCH value, shift+click will copy the nearest hex value 👍🏻 Useful for Figma and stuff, or to just steal our colors and use them with some other CSS framework you hate less.

For the hat trick, here's my third horrible Safari bug of the day… Registering custom properties with the right type causes this element to change height for a second on hover 👍 So I guess we can't support gradient transitions in v4 🫠
