i've build a 130 million parameter world model that can beat the average player in polytopia. here is a quick demo video i made. explaining a bit how it works and how i run it in the terminal through cli agents like BLACKBOX AI so i can play the model in a hybrid mode with llm's. more about it below :)

I just quit working on a startup this week to start all over again from scratch.. I picked up a personal idea I have been weirdly obsessing over to work on at to see if I could bring the vision to life in just 3 weeks. It was tough.. But here is my MVP - Imi , a mix of cursor, slack and GPT. In a total new ai interface that mixes art and ai to create an entirely new way of working in digital workspaces either by yourself or with others ;)
