Anne Hathaway talks about calling her baby number three a "buzzer beater": "There's always, you know, hope until there's not, but when you get to a certain age, that hope looks like it's about 1% to 2%. So, um, we just decided to see where life took us, with a very, very healthy, realistic expectation, which was very low. We're overjoyed because we just know from personal experience that not everybody gets this, and certainly not when you want it—sometimes not ever. It's a blessing that we do not take for granted."

And she made me feel so loved. And I'm like 'Oh my God, Annie, you're so cute. You think Taylor Swift's waving at you right now. I'm like, you're so adorable!' And then, somebody tapped me on the shoulder and they said 'Taylor wants you to have this.' And I went 'What is happening?' And I opened it. It was a note where Taylor said, , 'I'm so happy you're here. I'm going to be enthusiastically waving at you.' And I was like, 'Oh my Dod, she's so magical! She did! She did the thing!'"

Anne Hathaway talked about how it it mattered to her to share the news of her pregnancies before the paparazzi did in an interview for People Magazine back in April: "Basically, I saw someone was taking photos of me and I think at that point, people kind of knew I was pregnant. I think there were some street shots where you’re just like, ‘Eh, just had a big meal.’ But I was just like, 'Ok, this is going to happen now.' And I remember talking to Adam about it and I was like, ‘Maybe this is a good use for social media. If it’s going to happen anyway, maybe I can put something out that feels more personal and that comes from me as opposed to it having to be this thing that happens outside of me.' "

But we're discussing intentions these days and everybody wants it, and we're just chipping away at the script. Because.... If I learned anything from this one, it's the expectations are very, very high.
