An engineer from SSC area designed this wind turbine and wind mill from a scrap metal and plans to scale it up. 3. Abundant renewable sources, long coastline with assortment of fish and crustaceans coupled with lots arable land, Somalia needs serious commitment in infrastructure to realize its potential of this unique position of being number one in the planet in renewable resources.

Lasanod, North East Sate of Somalia, was different from the other cities. Its weather is cooler and is surrounded by mesmerizing hills. Hotel Jidbale completed early this year and Hotel Hudun is almost complete. Lots of developments are underway in the State.
