Driving thru Scotland as I approach Edinburgh admiring the country side and the infrastructure and contrasting it with our beloved but sorry state of Kenya...then a friend sent me a video of a rally where a politician's revolutionary agenda for his country was aptly captured in his refrain "fire si fire..noma si noma". Then it sunk in me why we are where we are!

Development and good roads come due to good governance...this is the Road from Rome to the North...imagine how our lives will Change for the better in Kenya if Ruto's cabinet and the PSs and Head of state Corporations don't steal our money for just 12 months?...Nairobi to Mombasa highway with 8 lines can be built in 2 years...we are slaves of a thieving goverment...you get ANGRY when you see how civilised countries live.

I think H.E WILLIAM RUTO misses the point completely. Kenyans go to politics because politics is the quickest and easiest way to become a billionaire at Wajiku's expense...stealing from the public comes so natural to the political elite. Business and manufacturing are difficult..look at the billionaire governors, heads of state corporations, Uhuru's four dollar billionaires...everywhere!

I enjoy the duel between Hon Rigathi Gachagua and Waziri Murkomen. Both don't given an inch and both take no prisoners. I haven't seen a knockout punch by either, but honestly on my score card Murkomen is far a head on points. Gachagua has lost points on hitting bellow the belt.

But the underlying factors that fuelled the riots are too many...the main ones include corrupt political elites whose source of wealth is not known but flaunt it when Kenyans face dire financial state...holding this corrupt elite and auditing their source of wealth is very important for a genuine rebirth.
