It's just that, with very little information, we have to get the headcount expenses and the non-personnel expenses down to where we're at least break even. And we're not quite at break even yet, but we're close. We need to do it fast. And if you do it fast, unfortunately, there are going to be some babies thrown out with the bath water. I definitely would not want to disparage anyone who has left. Like I said, desperate times call for desperate measures.
