This raises serious questions about the solar companies complying with the approved Agricultural Plans and permit conditions. Calling these “farms” at all is a trade violation. These are industrial wastelands. I did not know I was going to get to witness Secretary Brooke Rollins and Kelly Loeffler sign a Memorandum of Understanding yesterday that allows landowners across the country to report and flag to the federal government what is happening to their land. It was an honor to witness this.
