This is how I market all my apps: I have 50+ accounts. Each account generates around 1M views per month on average. No paid UGC. No paid influencers. No paid ads. Just pure content creation + posting every single day. Distribution is the real moat. 🫡

I don’t think AI “doesn’t work.” AI that feels fake doesn’t work. This app is getting ~90k downloads/month and doing $35k+/month mostly from viral AI clips. And from my experience, almost every “revenue estimate” tool for apps is wrong when it comes to organic traffic. Usually the real revenue is 1.5x–4x higher. I’ve already started using Arcads to build workflows for AI transformation videos for my weight loss app. The workflow is honestly simple: > Generate avatars with GPT Images 2.0 using JSON prompts > Download viral TikTok transformation videos > Use Kling Motion Control > Recreate the same style with a different influencer People underestimate how far AI UGC has already gone.

Got rejected by Apple on the first review. I fixed everything, resubmitted, and used the time to polish the product instead of waiting. Added smooth animations, improved water logging. Meanwhile, I spun up an AI influencer farm for TikTok, first warmed-up post hit 50K views. Rejection = free time to build distribution. Keep going 💪 Tech Stack: – No code mobile app builder: Rork AI – Mobile: React Native (Expo) – IDE: Cursor – Frontend: Next.js – Payment: RevenueCat – Backend: HonoJS (for my next app, I’ll go back to NestJS) – Database: Supabase – Infrastructure: Railway – AI API: OpenAI (dropping the tech stack here because someone always asks 😂)

How I target US users for my B2C apps: > Buy a used iPhone (~$120) > VPN to the US > Warm up the account 3–7 days like a normal user > Pick a TikTok niche that’s already viral + fits your product (If your app isn’t Gen Z / 16–30 friendly, TikTok may not work) > Build an AI content factory / AI influencers > Post daily > If a video stays under 0->1k views → change content fast Instead of burning $200–$2,000/week hiring UGC creators. I build an AI influencer army at almost $0 cost. Virality doesn’t always happen immediately after posting. For example, the video below was posted at the end of last December and only got ~2k views at first. Today, it just started going viral, reaching 214k+ views in a few days (and it’s still growing). Consistency > luck. Distribution > everything.

It’s been 10+ days since I submitted my app to Apple Still waiting for review 😌 Lesson learned: don’t submit your app during holidays. But not a loss. While waiting, I: – Updated the paywall – Added a first-time close discount – Improved conversion rate (i hope) 📈 Marketing progress: - I’ve finished warming up 3 TikTok accounts and have started posting the first videos. Sometimes delays are just free optimization time. I got rejected by Apple for the 3rd time. Fixed everything and resubmitted. Used the wait time to: > Add dark mode 🌙 > Create new mascot animations for dark mode > Improve food scanning speed Meanwhile, I spun up an AI influencer farm for TikTok. Shipped my app and it’s officially ready for the store. I hand-coded the previous landing page, but today I tried Anything just to test the vibe coding. - Ended up cutting half my coding loops. Unexpected W. - Spent the whole afternoon vibe-coding the new landing page from zero to hero. - Clean layout, crisp animations, tighter copy, mobile-first, lightning-fast load speed. - Everything flows perfectly into onboarding and the in-app preview. - And the .com domain is bought and ready to go. The landing page is now fully polished and launch-ready. Tomorrow: ship more. No slowing down. 🚀

Vibe coding but you’ve got to be careful when merging everything to production. 🫠 Now managing 300K+ users and ~60K MAU, I have to double-check every production merge. A single crash can cost $500–$700 a day… and a flood of 1⭐ reviews.

This is exactly what I’m doing: Building a Duolingo-style app for workout logging + muscle ranking. Distribution: - TikTok & IG - 90% organic content No fancy ads. Just content → users → revenue. Now it’s doing $540K+/month. (And yes, Sensor Tower usually underestimates by ~30–70%) Lesson: Don’t overbuild. Build something simple. Make it addictive. Then go all-in on distribution. 💪

This is a question I think quite a lot of people are wondering about. Right now, I’m hiring students to handle the newer phones, post content, and create content every day. For the TikTok accounts that are already trusted, have been running for a long time, and have a high follower count, I automate them using my own internal tools. Currently, I only handle the first steps myself: buying new phones → warming them up → making the first posts. After that, I hand the phones over to the students I hire to continue creating and posting content. Then, once I feel the accounts are strong enough, I move them into automation. And right now, I’m traveling with my family in Da Nang. This time I’m here with my family and want to spend all my time with them, so I won’t be meeting anyone while I’m here. 🏝️ I always aim to build everything in an automated way, or avoid doing things I don’t enjoy by hiring people to handle them for me.😌

I just had one viral TikTok post with 249k views (and a lot of post 2k views -> 50k views), and they’re still growing steadily on US-based accounts. I got a total of 80 new trials in the last 2 days, with over $1k in revenue during that time. This is a fairly new account I created recently, and it’s already almost 80% automated using my internal tools. The conversion rate is pretty solid, so I’ll probably scale this to 100 accounts soon 😌

After My 2nd app hit 500 users in 5 days. Hired 2 students for content + organic marketing ($300/month). Now building the final app of the year, then focusing on scaling each to $10k MRR. Starting my 7-day MVP build challenge (again): Day 1 Log Dev setup: - Installed CodeRabbit AI CLI (got early access to test it, I'm a VIP of Coderabbit now LOL). - Created GitHub repo - Set up dev environment & codebase - Picked a fresh tech stack (trying something new to keep it exciting) Marketing prep: - Researching viral content formats - Testing the idea with a few videos to validate interest Day 1 done, the foundation is set. Let’s see where this week takes us.

A lot of people ask me: “After going viral, how’s your organic conversion?” Right now I’m getting 500–1,500 new users/day and 10–60 sales/day (web + mobile). Conversion rate? 1–8%, depending on the day.

The easy way to make $10k/month Find a boring app in any niche. Then rebuild it as: “Duolingo for [that app]” Gamify it. Add streaks. Add levels. Add ranking. Make it addictive. Then don’t run ads first. Just print content on TikTok & IG. After got money -> run ads for scale Distribution > product. 💪

From zero to an MVP launch in 7 days (final app this year) Day 4 Log - The old interface didn’t look great, it felt more like a hacker-style app. - I updated the theme with softer pastel tones that fit a Gen Z and female-friendly vibe. - Rork worked perfectly for this update. Marketing Work - Researched viral content from competitors. - Warmed up accounts and tested the first few content pieces. Day 4 = Theme and style upgrade. Day 5 = Continue building the mobile app + deeper market research and content testing. Keep going 💪

I’ve been doing dips but I feel them mostly in my triceps and shoulders. How do you make dips target the lower chest more? Any tips? 💪

Why Spanish? Why other languages? I got these anwser a lot of 😄 I hit a revenue wall when I focused only on the US. Then I started making TikToks for other countries, boom, more users, more growth. Now, 20–30% of my revenue comes from international markets. Let’s be real: no B2C product ever became huge without going global.
