I don’t think AI “doesn’t work.” AI that feels fake doesn’t work. This app is getting ~90k downloads/month and doing $35k+/month mostly from viral AI clips. And from my experience, almost every “revenue estimate” tool for apps is wrong when it comes to organic traffic. Usually the real revenue is 1.5x–4x higher. I’ve already started using Arcads to build workflows for AI transformation videos for my weight loss app. The workflow is honestly simple: > Generate avatars with GPT Images 2.0 using JSON prompts > Download viral TikTok transformation videos > Use Kling Motion Control > Recreate the same style with a different influencer People underestimate how far AI UGC has already gone.

For the TikTok accounts that are already trusted, have been running for a long time, and have a high follower count, I automate them using my own internal tools. Currently, I only handle the first steps myself: buying new phones → warming them up → making the first posts. After that, I hand the phones over to the students I hire to continue creating and posting content. Then, once I feel the accounts are strong enough, I move them into automation. And right now, I’m traveling with my family in Da Nang. This time I’m here with my family and want to spend all my time with them, so I won’t be meeting anyone while I’m here. 🏝️ I always aim to build everything in an automated way, or avoid doing things I don’t enjoy by hiring people to handle them for me.😌

I got a total of 80 new trials in the last 2 days, with over $1k in revenue during that time. This is a fairly new account I created recently, and it’s already almost 80% automated using my internal tools. Claude Fable 5 is insane again. The first time, I only used it to build a 3D game clone. I just used Fable 5 inside Rork to build a new tower defense game in about 1 hour. From the initial idea → level design → heroes & monsters → in-game economy → game art → sound effects → code Each level will have different difficulty, different map upgrades, different monsters, and different bosses. Each tower weapon has unique skills, counters other weapons in different ways, and the heroes are controllable with skills that can support each other... All in one flow. This is getting crazy me again. 🙃

This is the full video showing what I made with Rork and Claude Fable 5. Also, Rork already has built-in integrations to generate game art, sound effects, and 3D models, so I didn’t use any external tools at all. It cost me around 500–600 credits. As I mentioned in my previous video, I wanted to test Claude Fable 5, and since I’m a Rork partner, I had free credits to use. Right now, instead of using Claude Code and then wiring up separate 3D tools and everything else which takes way too much time and $, I just use Rork to build everything and showcase it here. So yeah, that’s my workflow.

To be honest, I’ve already built three simple, single-feature apps that generate revenue surprisingly easily but I’m keeping them in stealth mode for now. I’ll share them once I reach #1 in the market, lol. Back to this project: Fable 5 was banned, but that’s fine. Opus 4.8 still works really well. A quick reintroduction: I’m building a gamified workout and gym-tracking app. This market is already crowded, but none of the existing apps truly excite me, so I decided to build one specifically for myself with polished UI/UX and a proper gamification system. I’ve noticed that many people are getting very low views, whether they use a VPN or not. Meanwhile, on the 3 phones below, I only started posting less than 2 months ago. There are 6 accounts in total, and none of them are shadow banned. The average is around 10K views per post, with quite a few posts getting over 100K views. All phones are using VPNs. This has helped me get an average of 700 new users per app every day. So I think if your views are flopping, it’s likely because you set up something wrong, your content has visuals that violate TikTok’s policies, your IP is blacklisted, or simply your content isn’t good enough for TikTok to keep pushing it viral.
