This crowd spotter has a fun job! And it takes a team! I worked with a guy who side gigged for an NHL team as their team DJ. They coordinate with the spotter to make for fun interaction with the crowd in between plays or "tv commercial" breaks. The guy puts up somebody on the jumbotron and the DJ plays a tune that matches.

This diver is the young lady who accidently slipped while starting her dive from a 22 m platform. That Red Bull event dive in Italy has been show numerous times and frankly, I'm surprised after something that scary, she's still diving. But this lady clearly has lots of moxie still left in the tank! We've all seen the dive, we may not know her name - Molly Carlson. Here she is continuing on with her career as an extreme sport diver. You go girl!
