This crowd spotter has a fun job! And it takes a team! I worked with a guy who side gigged for an NHL team as their team DJ. They coordinate with the spotter to make for fun interaction with the crowd in between plays or "tv commercial" breaks. The guy puts up somebody on the jumbotron and the DJ plays a tune that matches.

Who would be standing there at in the dark on a Monday night, he wonders. Engaging the door cam, the owner asks: "Can I help you?" What happens next is almost comical. First the guy announces that he's working with somebody down the street, and he's their late night "bug guy" and was hoping that the home owner might have a bottled water, protein bar or a Gatorade that he can have because he didn't want to bother them. When that tactic didn't work, this stranger at the door goes into his pitch, and the real reason he's there. It's a door to door sales guy hoping to pester his way into getting the home owners to listen to his sales pitch and make a sale for his bug control job. This diver is the young lady who accidently slipped while starting her dive from a 22 m platform. That Red Bull event dive in Italy has been show numerous times and frankly, I'm surprised after something that scary, she's still diving. But this lady clearly has lots of moxie still left in the tank! We've all seen the dive, we may not know her name - Molly Carlson. Here she is continuing on with her career as an extreme sport diver. You go girl!
