અમદાવાદ શહેરમાં રોડ પર ટ્રાફિક ન થાય અને સરળતાથી શાકભાજી ખરીદી શકાય તે માટે અમદાવાદ મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશન દ્વારા શાકભાજીના થડા બનાવવામાં આવ્યા છે, વિવિધ ફેરિયાઓને ડ્રોમાં થડા ફાળવવામાં આવ્યા છે છતાં જગ્યાનો ઉપયોગ ન કરવાનું ધ્યાન પર આવતા, એસ્ટેટ વિભાગને જેઓને જગ્યા ફાળવવામાં આવી છે તેઓને ત્યાં લઈ જવા અને ગેરકાયદે શાકભાજી વેચનારાને ખસેડવા જેવી, યોગ્ય વ્યવસ્થા કરવા સૂચના આપવામાં આવી છે. ગરીબ અને મધ્યમ વર્ગને લગ્ન પ્રસંગે પોસાય તેવા ભાવમાં એએમટીએસ બસ ભાડે આપવા ટૂંક સમયમાં નવી પોલીસી જાહેરાત કરાશે. ચાંદખેડામાં બે જુદા જુદા રોડ બનાવતી કંપની શ્રીજી ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચરે રોડની કામગીરી અધૂરી છોડતા બ્લેક લિસ્ટ કરવામાં આવી છે. તેમ સ્ટેન્ડિંગ કમિટીની બેઠક બાદ સ્ટેન્ડિંગ કમિટીના ચેરમેન કમલેશભાઈ પટેલે જણાવ્યું હતું. #AhmedabadMunicipalCorporation #VegetableVendors #StreetVendors #TrafficManagement #CivicIssues

તેલની TPC મર્યાદા ભંગ બદલ ઇસનપુરના જલારામ ખમણ હાઉસ સામે AMCની સીલિંગ કાર્યવાહી: નાગરિકોને સલામત અને ગુણવત્તાયુક્ત ખાદ્ય પદાર્થો મળે તે હેતુથી અમદાવાદ મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશનના ફૂડ વિભાગ દ્વારા સઘન ચેકિંગ હાથ ધરાયું હતું. અમદાવાદના ઇસનપુરની શ્રી જય જલારામ ખમણ હાઉસ ખાતે કુકિંગ ઓઈલની Total Polar Compounds (TPC) ચકાસણી દરમિયાન TPC 39.5%નોંધાયું, જ્યારે FSSAI મુજબ મહત્તમ માન્ય મર્યાદા 25% છે. - TPC 25%થી વધુ = ખાદ્ય ઉપયોગ માટે અયોગ્ય તેલ - વારંવાર તેલ ગરમ થવાથી oxidation અને hydrolysis જેવી પ્રક્રિયાઓને કારણે હાનિકારક polar compoundsનું પ્રમાણ વધે છે. તેથી આવા તેલનો ખાદ્ય પદાર્થો બનાવવા ઉપયોગ કરવો નિયમવિરુદ્ધ છે. AMCની સૂચના: • કુકિંગ ઓઈલનો વારંવાર ઉપયોગ ટાળો • TPC >25% હોય તેવું તેલ ઉપયોગમાં ન લો • Used Cooking Oil (UCO) ફરી ખાદ્ય ચેઇનમાં ન આવે તેની ખાતરી કરો • UCOનો યોગ્ય નિકાલ કરી અધિકૃત collection agencyને સોંપો #FoodSafety #FoodSafetyInspection #AMCHealth #SafeFood #MyCityMyPride

AMC’s Food Department conducted an inspection at the St. Xavier’s Loyola School Campus canteen, near Vijay Cross Road, Naranpura, under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. The inspection found that the canteen was operating without an FSSAI licence/registration. Non-compliance with prescribed food hygiene requirements was also observed, including absence of caps, aprons and gloves for food handlers, unclean conditions in the freezer, mould growth on vegetables and use of food items beyond their expiry date. In view of these food safety and hygiene violations, the canteen was sealed. AMC will continue inspections of school canteens across Ahmedabad and take action under applicable provisions of the FSSA and GPMC Act against establishments found violating prescribed norms. #FoodSafety #FoodSafetyFirst #AMC #Ahmedabad #Amdavad #FSSAI #SafeFood
